"This passion led me to ask whether we can help children become more interested in eating healthy foods, like fruit and vegetables, by giving them opportunities to learn about the foods. It turns out that picture books and other activities do work in this way, and Iโm really pleased that parents are finding our SEE & EAT resources helpful in avoiding mealtime battles!"
๐ฝ๐๐๐๐๐๐ has worked with young children in preschools and nurseries for more than 20 years, and have developed an interest in healthy eating over this time. "I have 4 daughters of my own and have had many battles in the kitchen about eating vegetables. This led me to my current work, which is trying to find ways to help children eat more vegetables whilst avoiding food waste and the financial burden for families of buying vegetables that are not eaten."
