Hello This year has been a mixed one, much like most years; I can only assume most of you can agree. Personally, I feel in a better headspace. Of course, yes, I still have my off days, yet don't we all?

Overall, my head is somewhat calmer, and I'm thinking of the future—personally and professionally. In terms of 'Jolly Bearded,' I'm still getting back into things, turning ideas into reality. This year, I picked up the camera back up in front of 2 live gigs, The Blues Katz & War Co**se, after two years. Both of these events made me feel that itch to get back out there... So bands, artists, you know where I am!

Secondly, I'm still computing the piece of artwork I have created with the very talented Calum Ingram, which is now on worldwide release! Yes! The album 'The Man's has been a journey, and I am very much excited to see where it leads! I'm very grateful to be a part of this journey and to all the folk I have met online through it all! Hopefully in 2025 we meet in person!

Finally, in the matter of my toy photography, it's still going! Like I said before, 'many other toyboxes to explore!'—I'm' just taking my time with all this.

BIG NEWS from Jolly Bearded Promotions

So does anyone remember earlier in the year, the album 'The Man' I designed for the ever-talented Calum Ingram?
Well, I'm very excited to announce this is now set for worldwide release! A big thank you to Lasgo for making this possible. Seeing some of my work collaborating with Calum Ingram means so much to me. It's amazing to see Calum get this far and only have great hopes for himself in the future!
Skipping forward to a few days ago, I got this video from Calum showing what had arrived, and I have to say a happy tear was shed yet again. From seeing it in vinyl (big ups to Seabass Vinyl for that) first to now, it is in a CD format, and both are available on Amazon, Roughtrade records, and selective stores, which is something I never take for granted.
So, if you want a copy, you can pre-order one, and it will be available from November 15th!

I have signed a World Wide Physical Distribution Deal with Lasgo Worldwide Media!! I have been dreaming of this moment ever since I first ever stepped into a record store as a child.. Its really been an aim for me for a long time, Im still stunnned in the best way possible! Thank you so much Allan Macaskill from lasgo for believing in me and my music that means everything to me. I'M STILL HERE!
It's been a while since I have posted on here. As I thought I would ensure you I'm still around yet like most reasons for my absence is just life. Time has flown this year.
As an artist, I have found being creative I found myself understanding that I can just breathe. I love to create, photograph, design yet I used to rush the process where now I have learnt to define, rework, plan. I have taken 2024 as recovery year of a lot and happy to say things are looking up. New paths are being paved.
This said I have some very fun exciting news to show you all soon.
I love my friends, followers, fellow creatives and all the support that keeps my dream of 'taking over the world one photo at a time!' huzzah!

In my time being an artist, I had times where I wanted to display work before and after my debut exhibition. It's a challenge yet sometimes you find a place.

Here is an example of you 'don't ask you don't get' my wee local independent coffee shop (Craic'd Pot) in Armagh. These places are usually very open to have local art on the walls and I'm very grateful I have also made a few sales in this place over the years.

This one behind me is called 'RUN' and a Lego robber is robbing jewels from the dragon and running out with what he can or he's toast! 🤭 I have some very fun ideas I'm working on, yet all building the 'Jolly Bearded Labs' I just been busy with life.

I have no doubt I'm going to see some familiar faces, always love to shoot in my hometown!
