The team .belfast have been busy whipping up a brewing recipe for Modruca, one of our coffees for Volume 2, Issue 2. Terracotta is one of our latest local cafes in East Belfast, and we’re delighted to be able to pick up some of our own coffees brewed with precision just as stone’s throw away from our doorstep 🤝 (not a selfish decision at all) 👀

The fresh crop anaerobic natural Kerinci has landed. We’re delighted to support for a second year running. As per usual it’s big, vibrant and tropical. Guava, Dried Mango, Stewed Cherries, and Cacao Nibs.

Triyono and the Barokah cooperative team aren’t too bad either. Their coffee produce has opened new ports, advanced novel processing methods and revolutionised Sumatra’s approach to the specialty market.
