This was Geoff's Journey on Wednesday

It was all about balance, core control, mobility and functioning.

Geoff done brilliant πŸ‘ . He certainly has a strong core.

Jeff is an amputee, he is doing amazing with his walking, so we are working on the finer details to help this.

We are building Jeff's leg up to make it stronger. This in turn we help with how he walks with prosthetic leg🦿 and his balance.

Great effort and work today Jeff πŸ‘ πŸ’ͺ
