Open message to anyone in the know

I don’t suppose you have any details of people either being talked down or jumping from the bridges in Barnstaple and Bideford? We’re trying to compose a list of the last six months to 12 months to show DCC how much the link centres are needed.

Or even if you could point me to the right person or department that may know.

We not looking for names or personal details.

The only details we would really need is gender and age.

I'm hoping you can before we lose this vital resource to our community.

So we traveled a bit this this evening to watch and be apart of the old age tradition in Shebbear. A small village in North devon where they turn/ flip the devil's stone. Legend has it that if the stone is not turned Bad things will happen,

During the 1st World War and World War 2 when the young guys where protecting our country the stone went unturned for a short time. Bad things and bad luck fell across the village. Well what ever the reason and weather the devil dropped it on his way to hell or not was definitely worth a visit and a good night all round..
