Survived my first hyrox singles 🙌🙌 can’t say I loved it I’m definitely a doubles girl 🤣🫶 but I managed to scrape around in 1hr 16 which isn’t terrible and I’m still walking so I’ll take it 🙌🙌 It was also so nice to have some company for the drive this month, all the girls absolutely smashed it and now we’ve an excuse for a monthly road trip 🙌❤️💪 Thanks as always to for the unreal sim setup and all the support and encouragement throughout, serious team and effort 🙌🙌 Who’d have thought 2yrs ago I’d be doing hyrox training and loving it eh… at one point I couldn’t even complete the couch to 5k 👀…
If you’re starting out on your fitness journey again after kids or whatever else has happened in life, just keep going. Keep showing up. Keep pushing. Keep at it ❤️🫶 Future you will be so thankful 😘❤️

I still can’t believe how clean the sofas and carpet came up 🫧🫶 @socleanco20 is as close to a magician as I’ve witnessed 👀 🪄 Getting rid of over 4years of spills and stains was no mean feat and honestly they are spotless!!!! I’m so delighted!!!! Between the girls using every soft surface as a dining table and the odd cup of tea or glass of red going wayward I was thinking we’d just let them go and buy something new in a another couple of years, who knew they’d clean up this good! Highly recommend Jonny from @socleanco20 he’s such a perfectionist and a gent to have in the house.
