I've applied to over 50 property managers. I need your help to overcome the "Catch-22" of renting an affordable apartment: "No job, no permanent address; no permanent address, no job." When I had my identity and all assets other than Social Security stolen, I was retired. Now, I need to find work to help close the deal. Even though I have over $20,000 in savings - thanks to you - to add to my $1,411 a month Social Security benefit, I have to meet variable minimum monthly income thresholds just to get in to make my case with landlords. Some are more stubborn than others.

Today, I'd like to share a short sample of what I can do. It's from a radio play called "Nick Tool: Throwdown Uptown," written, produced, and directed by my friend Craig S. Engen. The genre is 1940s-style detective fiction and is done mostly for the fun of it. In this twelfth and final episode, Police Sergeant Dumzasky rushes home to tell his mother, "Mum" Dumzasky, that he's finally found love. I play both characters.
