Boo-tiful weekend with my little pumpkins.
Supporting local growers and communities has become all the more important in the recent years. To ensure a strong and sustainable local economy foundation we need to buy locally. As part of their Autumn campaign, Produced in Kent have very kindly sent me a Macknade hamper filled with the very best produce from Kent and beyond, as a little reminder that where we shop truly matters!

Stepping into a new week 🍃
Leaves aside, brown shades are my favourite this time of the year 🍂 Wishing you all an unbe-leaf-able great week!
I have so mush-room in my heart for you, my charming little boy!
We had a wheelie good afternoon (it was Grace’s first ever bike ride) 🍂
I’m feeling incredibly gratefall for these Autumn days 🍂
Sip sip hooray! It’s almost Friday (not that it matters when you’re a parent).
Cosy knits and neutrals, can’t think of a better duo 🍂
Hello October 🍂 the olive green corduroy dress is a new season Tu Clothing find (adds to the trolley while doing the weekly food shop).
Lunch at the charming BOYS HALL 🍃 The restaurant is set in a beautifully restored 17th-century manor (with hotel rooms to open in December), with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking their picturesque gardens.
The surroundings are chic and airy, and the staff are friendly and attentive.
Robbie Lorraine is the head chef at Boys Hall, and his menu (using fresh, local and seasonal produce) is the perfect way to spend a decadent afternoon or dinner.
Highlights of our lunch: the lobster doughnuts (a must try), the wild mushrooms, thyme and Ragstone goat’s cheese and the pan-roasted fillet of wild sea bass. Chef’s kiss.
Thank you Boys Hall for the warm welcome, we can’t wait to come back!

This crisp and blustery Sunday afternoon calls for my new MONSOON cable knit cardigan (linked on Stories). It’s an elegant and versatile piece, a timeless addition to my Autumn wardrobe 🍂
I may or may not be wearing it again this evening, curled up on the sofa, with a glass of vino in my hands. How are you spending your Sunday?
Happy one month old, little sister - I can’t wait to teach you all my posing tips and tricks!

Our first walk together as a family of four - the boys were busy picking up chestnuts, and were not keen on taking photos together.
I have taken some time off social media and spend it with my little family, but I am so looking forward to creating new content and share some exciting projects with you soon. I hope you’re all well!
There’s so much to do before you give birth. It seems like there are a million and one things to do the week before the baby arrives.
And if you’re anything like me, you’re probably going to wake up a few days before your due date and decide that the walls in your living room absolutely need a fresh coat of paint. So you roll up your sleeves, and start painting! If I haven’t replied to your message or email, now you know why.
There are (still) clothes to wash, iron and fold, I packed and repacked my hospital bag a hundred times but I promised that tomorrow I will take time to do a few things for myself.
With a newborn and a toddler running around, I want to make things as easier as possible for me, so I set up a baby-friendly corner with all the essentials (Kit & Kin nappies and baby wipes, Little Butterfly London nappy cream and baby oil, muslin cloths and bibs) on each floor (we live in a two floor house) to avoid going up and down the stairs.
Do you have any tips for making those first few days with a newborn a little easier?

I can’t believe my ‘baby’ is going to be a big brother soon!
We captured these sweet photos during my baby shower last weekend and couldn’t wait to share them with you. 2021 has undoubtedly been a challenging year for us all, and I feel so grateful that I got to spend some quality time (not enough though) with my sisters and friends before the baby’s arrival.
Noah wore the cutest outfit from our dear friends at Childrensalon and I got to wear this beauty of a dress (maternity and breastfeeding-friendly) by Bump&Milk, which I rented from For The Creators.

I can’t quite believe how quickly this pregnancy flew by, not long until we get to meet our sweet little girl!
I haven’t done much shopping for the baby yet, but I have come across some wonderful small brands that I’d like to share with you.
Early Days is a family run business, founded in 1952. Their shoes have been worn by the likes of Prince George and Princess Charlotte. We were already such big fans of the brand, most of Noah’s baby shoes were made by them.
The Bamboo Baby is a wonderful small business, focusing on creating highly sustainable and organic baby wear. They only produce in very small batches, and most of their pieces are unisex.
Stefi Bows is another family-run business, who make bespoke baby bonnets and the cutest hair accessories.
Any other small brands that you love and you’d like to recommend?

Since I first heard about air fryers (my sister can’t stop talking about hers), I have frequently wondered if I should get one for our growing family.
Like many, I’m a fan of fried food (courgette fritters are my favourite), and I’m always looking for useful kitchen appliances to make cooking easier and faster.
After testing the new Instant Pot Vortex Plus 6-in-1 air fryer for two weeks, I can definitely say it’s a worthwhile purchase. You can cook most food without any oil (though chips sometimes need a tbsp to ensure they crisp up) in 15 minutes or less.
If versatility is what you’re after, you’ll be pleased to know that the new Vortex Plus offers baking, roasting, grilling, dehydrating, and reheating functions too. I personally like the clever dial control that allows me to adjust the temperature and the cooking time and the large capacity (fits up to 1kg of fries or 1.8kg chicken).
If you’d like to see how I cooked this deliciously healthy salmon with asparagus and butter & lemon sauce, head to my Stories now.
Knock, knock. Who’s there?
The weekend!
My outfit of choice for al-fresco mocktails this evening - slightly obsessed with this linen blouse by MONSOON (linked here: https://rstyle.me/cz-n/fhd3cmween). I think you’ll see a lot of it this Summer, so apologies in advance.

Father’s Day is just around the corner, so it’s time to start searching for gifts for the father figure in your life.
Atelier Rosemood has given me a helping hand by creating a beautiful and personalised photo book to keep all of our most treasured memories in one place.
They have also very kindly offered you a 10% discount to create your own in time for Father’s Day - use launeden10 at the checkout (the code is valid on all photo books, prints, posters, and notebooks until 30th June).
Given that I will be living in dresses for the foreseeable future, I thought I would make a little edit of the best dresses on the high-street - I’ll share it on Stories.
Hope you’re having a wonderful and relaxed Sunday!

Good morning, my son(shine) and happy Earth Day everyone!
Did you know that bamboo is the fastest growing plant in the world and only uses a third of the water than what cotton requires?
We recently transitioned our little one from a cot to a toddler bed, so we had to replace his bedding, pillow and duvet as well. And we opted for Panda, not only because their products are highly sustainable and great for the environment. They’re really good quality (the 100% bamboo duvet is incredibly soft and feels so luxurious), antibacterial and hypoallergenic - perfect for Noah’s eczema-prone skin. One happy parent over here!

It’s a girl!
We are beyond excited to share this wonderful news with you all and we can’t wait to meet our precious little girl in a few months time. Dreams do come true!
It may not be as warm as the other day, but beautiful nonetheless. Welcome April, from our little bunny and I!

Taking a trip down memory lane recalling our precious early days as a family of three, Noah’s first little smile and steps, our first family trip abroad. Fond memories that we’ll cherish and relive forever just by flipping through the pages of our Rosemood personalised photo book.
Photo books are perfect for remembering the first year of your baby’s life, cherishing your most favourite family holiday pictures or commemorating a wedding. If you don’t have one, Easter might be a good excuse to treat yourself or a family member that you haven’t seen in a while to a truly meaningful gift.
And while we won’t be able to celebrate Easter with our mums this year, we’ll send them a photo book each. We’ll surely put a smile on their face!

AD. A more personal post from me today. I suffered significant hair loss after giving birth, and more recently I’ve noticed some gaps in my scalp. If you are dealing with hair loss or hair thinning, take heart in knowing that you’re not alone and there are specific hair growth products that can help turn things around (but keep your expectations realistic, you’re not going to wake up with a miraculously full head of hair overnight). A good hair care routine can make a difference - it’s also a good excuse to give myself a little self-care moment. I’ve recently switched to @kiwabi_official Root Beauté scalp care regimen, formulated with natural ingredients designed to cleanse, nourish, and invigorate my hair from root to tip. I start with the Scalp Massage Shampoo to deeply clean out dirt and oil that can often clog and suffocate hair follicles. This product alone has successfully calmed my dry and itchy scalp after one use. I follow up with the Scalp Massage Hair Essence, which I apply daily on dry hair and massage the serum into my scalp for a few minutes. The Hair Essence delivers a potent dose of essential nutrients direct to the root of the hair and the scalp (thanks to its convenient, messy-free rollerball) to help rebalance the hair cycle, which can get disturbed and shortened with age, stress, imbalanced diets and other triggers. My hair fall has significantly slowed down and I can see baby hairs growing. The Root Beauté scalp care collection has genuinely demonstrated excellent results in a short space of time, and I’m excited to continue my hair care journey with them! If you are compelled to try the Hair Essence, you can use my code ANDREEA15 for 15% off your order. #KIWABI - paid partner #haircarejourney #haircareproduct #haircaretip #beautyover40

3 EASY ways to achieve healthy & glowy skin. 1. Take a daily beauty supplement. While following a healthy diet high in nutrient-dense foods is key for healthy skin, beauty supplements have been shown to benefit health in a number of ways. I’m currently taking @newnordic_uk ready to drink Hyaluronic Acid & Collagen beauty shot aimed to help improve certain aspects of skin health, including wrinkle depth, elasticity, and hydration. They’re easy to take (simply tear open the sachet and drink), and have a fresh citrus flavour. 2. Use an overnight intensive face oil. The nightly renewal process is when you get the most benefits from your skincare ingredients, and using an intensive face oil overnight will ensure the renewal process is aided. @floragy_skincare Nurture Intensive Face Oil is my all-natural, glow-giving skin secret. 3. Get enough hours of sleep. Sleeping is a surefire way to help your skin repair itself: blood flow increases, collagen is rebuilt, and the muscles in your face relax after a long day. Having a @lumie.lights Bodyclock on my bedside table helps me tremendously. Lumie’s Bodyclock is a sunrise alarm o’clock with a relatively simple concept: the clock’s light gradually brightens over a set period of time (usually around 30 minutes) to simulate a natural sunrise and wake you up gently, boosting energy levels and preparing you for the day ahead. At bedtime, the sunset feature promotes a natural sleep response, ensuring restful evenings. Now over to you, what helps you wake up with glowing skin each day? It’s here ✨ the Super Serum by @olayuk has launched in the UK! There is a shift away from using everything on the bathroom shelf to a more simplified skincare regime. Olay’s Super Serum has 5 potent ingredients: Niamicide, Vitamin C, Collagen Peptide, Vitamin E, and Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA), meaning that you’ll benefit from the power of 5 serums in 1! It penetrates deep into the skin’s surface and absorbs quickly leaving a visibly firmer, smoother and glowing complexion. Impressive, right? @bootsuk is awaiting a restock online (it sold out soon after its launch), but check your local store to take advantage of the 1/2 price introductory offer. @no7uk has extended its best-selling Future Renew range with an age-defying and hydrating SPF50. The No7 Future Renew Damage Protection Defence Shield SPF50 contains peptide and sodium hyaluronate, making it lightweight and fast absorbing - it sits perfectly under make-up, and it is suitable for all skin types. I’m using it alongside the Future Renew Damage Reversal Serum to target the visible signs of skin damage, such as hyperpigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles. If you want to try out the new SPF or more of the Future Renew range, you can save £10 + free standard delivery on the entire collection with the code REVERSE10 at @bootsuk. - partner #No7FutureRenew #skincarecommunity #No7 #UKcontentcreator #No7UK #Boots #skincaredaily
As we age, so does our hair. And the fourth decade is known for bringing significant changes in our hair (thinning hair, losing its lustre) that I personally have started noticing. I am now using regularly a bond building treatment, this is a leave-in treatment by KERASILK to help reduce and prevent hair breakage. I apply it on towel-dried hair before styling my hair as usual - this product is an absolute treat for damaged and weakened hair. I am particularly impressed by how this treatment reduces frizz and makes my hair more manageable, without adding grease. Have you considered adding a bond building treatment to your haircare routine? @kerasilkofficial - partner Tags: hair, haircare routine, hair tips #Kerasilk #haircareroutine #bondbuilding
AD. The change of the seasons is the perfect time to have a Spring clean of my current skincare routine. I’ve recently started using the PRAI Beauty Award-Winning 24K Gold range, available at @marksandspencer to help rejuvenate and brighten my dull complexion as it recovers from the stress of Winter. After cleansing, I apply the 24K Gold-enriched eye cream to nourish the delicate area around the eye and minimize the look of fine lines. Spring is a time for renewal, which means for my skin too. I’m sometimes tempted to skip my Retinol, but there’s simply nothing better to transform my complexion, fast. The 24K Gold Concentrate Retinol+ from PRAI is a multi-performing serum, infused with encapsulated Retinol, 24K Gold, and Hyaluronic Acid, to help support the look of firmer, smoother, and brighter skin. During the warmer months, I like to switch to a lighter moisturiser formula during the day but continue to use a deeply nourishing night cream like the 24K Gold Wrinkle Repair from PRAI to help plump and fill in wrinkles as I sleep. If you’re tempted to try any PRAI Beauty products and so much more, you can shop them at marksandspencer.com #MyMarks @marksandspencerstyle - paid partnership Tags: skincare, Marks & Spencer Beauty, beauty tips, Spring skincare
Congratulations are in order for one of my favourite skincare and spa brands, TEMPLESPA as they reach their 24th birthday! As I approach the big 4-0 I firmly believe that putting time and energy into a skincare routine isn’t an empty pastime. Once you introduce yourself to the magic that is @templespa Award Winning Skincare, you’ll wonder how you’ve ever lived without it. In The Beginning Deep Cleansing Melt is, undoubtedly, my favourite cleanser that I consistently use to the last drop. It’s the first thing I recommend to anyone who’s transitioning to TEMPLESPA skincare. I can’t go to sleep without slathering my face with Let’s Concentrate Skin Glowing Serum - its clever formula helps brighten and boost the skin, diminishing the appearance of open pores and hyperpigmentation. These products alone have made an instant, dramatically noticeable change in my complexion. If you’re tempted to try any of their Award Winning skincare, I would suggest you start with these two. If you’ve tried @templespa before, what do you think? #TEMPLESPA - partner Tags: beauty, skincare, TEMPLESPA, get unready with me, evening routine, skincare routine #skincareroutine #skincarecommunity #skincaretips
