Create and Lightbulb Studio have teamed up to bring you Create Clash! A Battle of the Bands night hosted by Coachworks Ashford.

We want to find Ashford’s raw talent, so upload a video of your band or solo artist performing to your Facebook or Instagram and tag in Create Music Village and .

The winner will receive a days recording time in Lightbulb studios and a support slot at a CMV gig!

You may perform originals or covers and the best 6 acts will be shortlisted to play 3 songs each at the event for our judging panel.

On the night a PA will be provided but you will need to bring your own backline (drums, guitar amps etc). Entries must be received by Friday 13th September by 3pm.

Today I was joined by Al and Matt from Lightbulb Studios in Ashford about the services they provide to the community. We chatted about the music scene here in the town and how they are hoping to support musicians with recording, mastering and producing.
