Our amazing designer, Stu, is running 50 half marathons (21k) in 2021 to raise money for St. Ann’s Hospice in memory of his lovely partner, Jo. As a charity, the hospice needs £20,000 per day to continue providing the best care to people with life-limiting illnesses. Have you seen our new book? The Sheffield Family Guide to Smart Sugar Swaps is full of practical advice and tips to help families cook healthy, nutritious meals without using so much sugar. As well as being a cost-effective marketing tool, with content supplied by local people, the book is being crowd funded. For each copy bought, another is being gifted to a local community centre, school or library so that even families who can’t afford one can access it. You can Buy-One-Give-One by purchasing a book at Waterstones (and online) or selected independent bookstores in Sheffield.

20 days ago, we decided to dodge the podge and step up to the challenge of (virtually) reaching Lapland in time for Christmas. With a few funny forfeits, crazy challenges and extra help from our friends, we made it! Thanks to all those who got involved and here's to a happier and healthier Christmas for us all!

This weekend was very good for our step count, as it was our Foundry Christmas party in Rome! Congratulations to Vicky who did the most steps in Rome, with a massive 31,533.

Has everyone got all their presents now? Kate's decided to go out every lunch and buy one present a day to keep her steps up. That's dedication! It's been a big help towards our efforts for Mission Christmas, we've just dropped all these lovely presents off.

What an achievement! We'll be honest, we weren't sure if we'd get enough steps to complete our virtual Lapland journey. But seeing this, we're positive we can do it (with your help of course!). All steps gratefully received!

After a day of kite flying, these kids are ready to leave their shoes in front of the fireplace. They do that in Rotterdam to get a present from Sinterklass.

Not sure he'd like our sweaty trainers! Maybe we'll take inspiration from Dave instead and have a quick 5 mins rest in front of the fire...
