IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!!!!!!!

We have dozens of calls already this morning, reporting Sky not working. We have checked online and it seems that SKY has a mass outage at present. It could be worth unplugging the box and waiting a while and try in a couple of hours and also check SKY status online. Many thanks.
