Collector, seller & lover of all things antique/vintage but especially Welsh blankets & Welsh tapestry coats, purses, bags etc. I also commission limited edition Welsh blankets from a small West Wales mill. Well I do hope you've all had a fabulous Christmas?! Lots of you lovely followers asking when I'm back open at Abergavenny Market. I'll be back in on SATURDAY 3rd JANUARY 2026 from 9am til 4pm but in the meantime don't forget you can always shop on my website. That's a wrap! So it was my last day of 2025 in Abergavenny Market today. Me & Myfanwy would like to thank everyone for supporting my little corner of Welsh wooliness this year. I am so eternally grateful. I've earned some time off but I will be adding a few items to my website whilst I'm away so do keep watching.

I'll be spending Christmas Day with 4 generations of my family. I'm 58 & I've still never had a Christmas without my beloved Mum & Dad! All my children are home & my lovely Grandchildren are the icing on the cake. Being surrounded by them is what it's all about for me. Love really is all around!

Have a wonderful Christmas & a Happy New Year. I'll see you on Saturday 3rd January 2026.

Husbands & Partners take note!!! The lovely Claire Stone popped in to see me yesterday. We had a right chuckle with her partner who admitted he's still cashing in on the brownie points he earned last Christmas by buying her this fabulous cape as a surprise!

Phew! What a busy Saturday that was! Met so many lovely people. A few of you brought me in some vintage blankets & coats so that's always a great day. The lovely Aston called in to see me with her equally lovely Dad & they went home with this gorgeous Rock Woollen Mill blanket in bright blue & grey! Loved hearing about her running adventures - wore me out just listening! So refreshing to see the younger generation just as invested in our Welsh heritage craft. ❤️

It's been a busy Tuesday again here in Abergavenny Market & so lovely to see so many people making a big effort to buy local. Loads of customers popping in to say they are following me on Facebook!

Today Myfanwy is wearing this fabulous vintage full length Welsh tapestry coat in navy blue, brown & pink. Beautifully tailored with lovely belt feature to the back. The vent at the back is still stitched up so never been worn. Could this be your Christmas present?

Can you tell this is one of my customers?!!! The lovely Kelly Preece came in to see me today wearing the fabulous Welsh tapestry cape she bought a while ago - I spotted her at 200 paces! I love when customers pop back to see me whilst strutting their stuff & proudly showing off their Welsh wool.

It was a crazy busy day & superb atmosphere for our Christmas Market today. The sea of Christmas jumpers, hats, dog coats & the choir singing carols made it a truly heartwarming day. Thank you everyone. I'm finally starting to feel Christmassy!

Been out searching for some urban spots to do a photo shoot of my vintage Welsh tapestry coat & cape collection. I'm going to start putting a few more on the website as lots of you have been asking for me to sell more of them online. Loving this graffiti wall I found in Newport a while ago. Perfect background for this fabulous orange coat that was my late Grandmother's. I always think she's giving me a CWTCH when I'm wearing it. Do keep watching for when I start posting the pics...

It's by luxury fashion brand Lisou in their 'Millar' style coat worn by stars & influencers retailing at over £900 but the stunning blue & white woven geometric wool fabric is Welsh! The St David's Cross by Melin Tregwynt in Pembrokeshire. On the stall for £160 ❤️
