I don't know about you guys but I'll be quite glad to get back to normal this week & here's a little taster of what's on the stall & in the shop ready for Tuesday's market. I've got quite a few new Welsh blanket & coat/cape finds & have been enjoying filling the space in between with newly arrived vintage treasures. Happy New Year to you all! I'm finally putting my shoulder injury behind me & so have resolved to start running again in 2025. I don't know about you but I'm the 'Queen of Procrastination' so when I saw the weather this morning I said ' I'm not going for a run today - it's raining'! NO! NO! NO! JUST DO IT! It's not about losing weight or how I look to others. That's simply a byproduct. It's about feeling stronger & showing up for myself. It's about consciously manifesting change. It's amazing how things fall into place when you feel good about yourself. So glad I dragged out the trainers. Running just a few kms in the rain today was exilerating & a great start to this year when I'll be 58!!! So sod Menopause. Come on 2025. I'm ready for it. Who's with me?

Well I'm on Granny duty today & then getting ready for a busy few days ahead in the market. I'll be there Friday, Saturday & Sunday this week. I always put a coat out ready for the following day & tomorrow I'll be sporting a bit of orange! The brighter the better as far as I'm concerned. This is one of my favourite Welsh coats. It was the obvious choice to wear for a graffiti day with my Grandson & is always the one that prompts my grown up kids to say "what the hell are you wearing Mum?" Makes me chuckle every time.
