I have heard a wee bit of a horror story from one of our clients this morning 🙈

We couldn’t attend until next week so our client turned to google, rang a number that appeared to be local & booked a quotation ☎️

The person arrived, they were from Glasgow & they quoted £405 + VAT for a job that we would charge £180 + VAT to carry out 😳
