Most of us have spent YEARS getting to the level of skill that we're at, and we've probably invested a butt-load of money into it too (not to mention all of the subscriptions we pay for flippin' loads of apps and software so you don't have to)
β¨οΈ Skills - So you want your content to look pro quality? Better expect to pay us like we're pros! For most of us, this isn't a side hustle or a silly little hobby. It's how we actually pay the bills π

Now this ain't no miracle fix. You still have to put in the groundwork, but it's 100% possible, and it's really not that hard.
Planning a full seven days worth of content in minutes is genuinely the easiest thing ever - IF you have all of these things in place...
β¨οΈ An overall strategy so that you know exactly what your goals are, who your content is trying to reach, and how you're going to reach them
β¨οΈ An ideas list. Cannot stress how important it is to have a physical list of every great idea you have before you forget all about it, and it never makes it to the grid! (Don't try to tell me you've never been there π
)
β¨οΈ Clear content pillars. This means the TYPE of content that you post with a specific goal in mind (i.e., visibility, nurturing, conversion, etc)
β¨οΈ Saved and regularly updated folders full of inspo for the type of content that's doing well within your niche right now that you can draw influence from
β¨οΈ A saved folder full of early trending audio, ready to pair with the perfect bit of B-roll footage
With all of these in place, here's what you do in three minutes! Pick a content pillar for each day, pick an idea from your list to fit each pillar, decide whether to use some of your existing content b-roll, or if not make a list of what you need to film based on ideas from your saved inspo folder, pick a saved trending audio to go with each piece of content.
BOOM! Week planned!

Ok, truth is, there is no one secret to this (soz) It just takes a bit of work. BUT, the good news is, there are loads of things you can do to make it so much easier on yourself!
Here are the exact steps that I take to remain consistent and have a constant flow of engaging content to post every single day πͺ©β¨οΈ
1. Have a STRATEGY. Before anything else, having a plan in place, even a loose one, is the key to never falling behind on your posting. At the start of the month, I list all of my ideas for content, allocate my content pillars to certain days, & add any key dates to my content calendar. This way, I ALWAYS know what type of content I need to remember to film as I go along
2. B-ROLL BABY! I can't stress this enough, record EVERYTHING π
Look at this reel - I had no idea what I would end up using the clip for at the time, I just knew it would be useful at some point π
I constantly save short clips like this to a B-roll album so that if I'm ever stuck, I know I can open it and find something usable straight away
3. SAVE INSPO. Let's face it, very little is original on socials these days, & there's nothing wrong with taking what's working for someone else and putting your own spin on it. I scroll the explore page for high performing content within my niche and save it to an 'inspo' album for when I've run out of my own
4. BATCH & SCHEDULE. Once a week when I have time, I sit & look at my content plan, create everything I need for the week (or make a note to film anything I don't have yet) & get it all scheduled ahead of time. You have no idea how good it feels to only do this once a week instead of stressing when you've left it too late every day π
5. REVIEW. You do know that Instagram literally TELLS you what type of content to create, right? π€― Checking your insights at least once a week is vital to understand what is working well for you & what you need to do more of. See that reel you made th
