Avec ce beau texte (extrait), le festival RIDM de Montréal introduit la première nord-américaine de "Cuatro hoyos" de Daniela Muñoz Barroso. Nous sommes très fiers de faire partie d'une sélection d'une telle qualité.

"...cette rencontre ponctuée d'humour déploie une touchante réflexion sur la communication par l'entremise du golf et du cinéma. Ce lieu bricolé et incongru, en marge d'une vie urbaine légèrement perceptible de loin ou s'affirmant hors champ par des manifestations sonores parfois impromptues, devient un espace utopique fascinant. Ode à la rencontre, à l'imagination et au bonheur modeste à se construire, à son image, ce court métrage offre un portrait sensible et surprenant, entremêlé de moments plus expérimentaux."

Aujourd'hui, nous partageons une de ces nouvelles qui font tellement plaisir ! Notre film « Cuatro hoyos », réalisé par Daniela Muñoz Barroso, sera présenté en première mondiale ce soir à IDFA!

Ce film, est une coproduction de Estudio ST - Servicios Audiovisuales y Vega Alta Films, tourné en Espagne et représente le premier travail de sa réalisatrice en dehors de Cuba.
« Cuatro hoyos » a été soutenu par le FSPI de Ambassade de France à Cuba, l'Aide Après réalisation de la Région Ile-de-France et par l'Instituto Internacional de Artivismo "Hannah Arendt".

Synopsis :
Pepe, un vieil Espagnol, a improvisé son propre terrain de golf dans la banlieue de Madrid. Daniela, une jeune cinéaste, tente de faire son portrait. Bien qu'ils soient tous les deux malentendants, ils trouveront dans le jeu et le cinéma un moyen de communiquer.

La Estrella, documental de creación de Alejandro Alonso Estrella recibió recientemente el apoyo del Fondo IDFA Bertha Fund Classic.

Un nuevo empujón para este proyecto producido por Estudio ST - Servicios Audiovisuales(Cuba) y Vega Alta Films (Francia), coproducido por Quilombo Films (Francia) y Bahia Colectiva (USA).
