Journal Submission and Evaluation Process
Submission Procedure Log In or Register:
Ensure you are logged into your account. If you don’t have one, please register on our site. Access the Submission Form: Use the “[wpkg_submit_journal]” shortcode or navigate to the submission page via your user dashboard.
Fill Out the Form:
Provide required details including the journal title and author. Additional fields like ISSN and editor email are optional but recommended.
Submit:
Click the “Submit Journal” button to send your submission for review. Note: This process qualifies your journal for future indexing, not for direct indexing.
Payment Process Payment Option:
You will be redirected to PayPal to pay $50.00 USD (or as updated) for the evaluation process.
Automatic Redirection:
Upon successful submission, you’ll see a confirmation message.
Defer Payment:
Alternatively, you can choose to defer payment and start the evaluation later, trackable via your dashboard.
Confirmation:
Once payment is confirmed (via PayPal or manual admin approval), the evaluation will begin. For support, contact [email protected].
Evaluation Process Stages:
The process includes Technical Review, Initial Review, Detailed Evaluation, Final Assessment, and Indexing Preparation.
Tracking Progress:
Monitor your submission’s status and stage using the shortcode or your dashboard. Duration:
Evaluation typically takes a few days, depending on the queue and complexity. Outcome: Upon completion, your journal will be marked as evaluated, accepted, or rejected with a detailed score.
Report Generation Availability:
Reports are available once the evaluation is complete and payment is confirmed.
Preview:
Use the dashboard link to view the report online, including scores and comments. Download: Download the PDF report via a provided link, containing a comprehensive evaluation and recommendations.
Retention:

Upon successful qualification, your journal may be eligible to apply for indexing in databases such as:

Web of Science (WoS) PubMed / MEDLINE Crossref (via DOI registration)
Google Scholar Other field-specific indexes depending on your discipline Final inclusion depends on each database’s independent selection and inclusion criteria. Qualification here does not guarantee acceptance. However, we ensure that all standard criteria are reviewed in our qualification report. We also provide recommendations to help your journal improve its compliance with international standards, including OJS, DOI, Crossref, Cited-by, Crossmark, ORCID, ROR, and more.
