We are glad to be at Festival international du film d'animation d'Annecy with several projects this week.
Let's focus on "Nana Lou", written by Isabelle Andreani!
"Nana Lou" is an interactive and narrative tale in #VR that invites the viewers to become a spirit, taking care of a grandmother in her last moments. By your luminous presence at her side, you will help her revisit her memories and pass away in peace.
This #6DOF #immersive experience relies on hand-tracking features from the latest stand-alone VR headset and is optimized for the #MetaQuest.

Aujourd'hui, c'est l'ouverture de "transformé" la nouvelle exposition d'OASIS immersion, au Palais des congrès de Montréal. Pour la première fois dans l'histoire, une expérience immersive déambulatoire complète a été développée à partir d'œuvres initialement conçues pour des casques de #VR. Il s'agit d'une prouesse technologique à laquelle nous sommes fièr.es d'avoir participé ! Au cœur du projet, huit récits réunis dans une expérience collective où le courage et l'empathie seront les thèmes centraux. Chez Small, on a fabriqué l'adaptation de l'expérience "Notes on Blindness". On attend vos retours si vous passez par Montréal !

Today, the exhibition "transformé" by OASIS immersion is opening at Palais des congrès de Montréal. This interactive walkthrough exhibition spans eight works originally designed for virtual reality headsets, then reformatted for the show, becoming a collective public experience. A fascinating voyage rooted in real-life stories from which emerges the infinite power of courage and empathy. At Small's, we worked on the experience "Notes on Blindness", tell us if you try it! 👋

We're heading to Annecy this week to present our VR spiritual journey: Nana Lou ("Mamie Lou" in FR 🇫🇷).
Immersed in a ancestral world, the user is a luminous presence at the side of a loving grandma, revisiting her colorful memories before letting her rest for eternity 🌳

For the movie "Oxygen", by Alexandre Aja starring Mélanie Laurent, we developed an artificial intelligence called Milo. Our objective: being able to control it in real time for a better filming. Challenge succeeded.
