Deers Leap, a beautiful renovated farmhouse

Deers Leap is a beautiful three bedroom, (two double and one twin bedded), two bathroom, recently renovated traditional farmhouse. It has a fully equipped kitchen, with an induction hob, dishwasher and washing machine. There is satellite television with UK channels and a DVD player. Private courtyard overlooking the garden. We are situated in the beautiful Perigord National Park in a small hamlet just 10 minutes from the historical market town of Chalus, where you will find supermarkets, banks, boulangeries, restaurants, bars, etc. Close by there is karting, fishing, kayaking, cycle paths, zip wire over a lake and stunning walks in forests and green lanes. We are just 20 minutes south of Limoges airport, making it a perfect location for a long weekend or a week or two to relax and recharge your batteries. Compared to the UK, the well maintained roads around here are a real pleasure to drive on, with limited traffic and fantastic views. We can definitely recommend them, whether in a car or on a motorcycle. We can offer secure parking in a locked garage for motorcycles and we have plenty of parking for cars.

We also have a charming one double bedroom cottage for rent, which can be seen in the pictures below. French doors from the bedroom, lead out onto a decking area, overlooking the rear garden.

The owners live on site in a converted barn, so are on hand for anything you may need. The whole site is approximately 3.5 acres but a lot of this is woodland. There is still plenty of lawned space for children to play.
