For this 11th episode we turned the microphone to RONI for a chat about her djing beginnings, the impact of her father on her musical culture, the genesis of her label Nehza Records and, above all, the glass ceiling that exists in the electronic music scene.

This show is composed of a talk lead by Anaëlle, artistic programmer at Macadam, Mado, Garde-Robe Records' label manager and a musical selection of RONI herself.

Yon can expect some delicately curated Bass and Breakbeat sounds throughout this episode.

Tomorrow is release day ! The evocatively titled EP “Sources” is composed of 4 tracks that shape a perfect echo to the different sides of the music that GTI champions, a real gateway to his world of Trance, Rave and tribal sounds.

For the occasion he met Sourdoreille for an interview about his beginnings in Lille and the city of Cork, his encounter with Androgyne and the genesis of "Sources".

Duo formed by Hawa Sarita & Cristofeu, Baraka is the fusion of their dreams and their various influences. From this sonic chemistry emerges a cathartic and moving music whose repetitive beats and Acid sounds come from the depths, healing the souls and warming the hearts. These alliances of electronic music, 90' aesthetics and dreamy waves intertwine like the yin and the yang and promise a mystical universe with futuristic imagery.

Invited by GTI to celebrate the birth of "Sources" this Friday, May 12th, Baraka will open the evening with their live show, a declaration of love to the club culture.

The resident Androgyne GTI signs his first EP on the label Garde-Robe Records, phonographic side of the Nantes club Macadam, a kind of womb for the DJ, who will have made some of his most beautiful sets in its bosom.

Snippets of the whole EP are available on Soundcloud and you can discover "Slash x3", first single of "Sources". A track in shape of a synthetic race crossed by electric murmurs, urgency and intergalactic scrambling, percussive jolts, the DJ signs a signature track that reminds the impatience that animates him.

On Novembre 21, Garde-Robe Records released it's first EP :
The Macadam club residents Combe, Moksha, GTI and Youl, develop a hybrid, sensual music. The whole EP stands for the uncompromising line-ups of the Gloria : diurnal parties which take place one Sunday a month from dawn until dusk. To dissipate the mists of this urban zoo, from one track to another, the DJs explore drastically different landscapes, like a sweeping dive into the essence of the party.

In their latest work, MACADAM, Derby Derby continue the dance they began in their first album, Love Dance, immersing the listener into a continuous, kaleidoscopic soundscape.

The music centres around three clearly identifiable pathways, defined by the two rhythmic patterns of Sylvain Didou’s bass and Fabrice L’Houtellier’s drums, within which the thick layering of Alan Regardin’s electric trumpet adds a constantly evolving vibration.

The trio will give two shows on March 10th at Caveau du Café La Jehanne in Metz and on March 11th at Le Jéricho in Saint Pierre des Corps.

Born in the hidden grounds of Macadam in Nantes, Garde-Robe Records is the music label of Androgyne 🧬

The phonographic approach is a timeless opening to transcribe the festive aesthetics of our events: physical, collective, versatile, adventurous, sensual.

In its musical primacy, Garde-Robe Records extends the path marked by Androgyne in the intersection of the arts : visual arts and literature will come together with music in the creation of the phonograms.

The first vinyl & digital release “Brumes sur le Zoo” is gathering the residents Youl, Combe, GTI & M o k s h a and will be out on November 2021.

A radio residency is coming up soon on Rinse France.
