One of Europe’s most futuristic attractions is already over 65 years old ⚛
Originally built for the 1958 World Expo in Brussels, The Atomium is not just a monument, it's a symbol of the 20th century’s surge in innovation.
Standing 102 metres tall, today the building serves as a museum, cultural centre and the city's most popular tourist attraction.
The Atomium has become an iconic identifier for one of Europe’s most international cities.
Made up of 9 giant spheres, 6 of them are open to the public all year round and receive over 600,000 visitors annually.
