Today a beautiful sunny day ☀️ and I'm already craving something fresh
I prepared this super greedy log, do you know the strawberry flower? here it is the same 😋😋😋
I used a @ s silicone mold
To prepare this ice cream we only need 3 ingredients, fresh cream, condensed milk and strawberries🍓🍓🍓🍓
Good evening igeres friends

Recipe
300 g of net strawberries
90 g of sugar
1/2 lemon juice
250 g of fresh cream
80 g of condensed milk
Strawberries to decorate
Powdered sugar
Preparation
Wash the strawberries, remove the leaves and cut into pieces.
In the Thermomix mug put the strawberries, sugar and lemon juice, blend 10 sec speed 8, bring to the bottom with the spatula, cook 9 min 90 g speed 3
Put half of the strawberry sauce on the bottom of the mold and leave the other half aside
Place in the freezer and leave to harden for 1 hour
Whip the unsweetened cream with an electric whisk, as soon as it starts to whip, add the condensed milk, continue whipping until you get a firm cream
Take the mold out of the freezer, put the whipped cream gently, level it and put it back in the freezer for 1 hour
After the set time, take the mold out of the freezer again and complete with the remaining strawberry sauce
Put back in the freezer and leave for 6 hours
Take the cold roll out of the mould, place on a serving plate and decorate with strawberries and icing sugar
Cut and serve 😋😋😋
