My best advice for couples who are interested in a couples’ photoshoot, whether it’s for a save date, an engagement, an anniversary, or just because they like each other (which is the best reason, by the way), is not to be afraid to show what’s special about your relationship rather than trying to recreate photos that you’ve seen on social media. We probably go to the same places you’ve seen there (if you want), and we may try to create some of those photos, but the extra spice that will make your photos different from the others is your connection, love, humor, and romanticism.
So, when you’re going to meet in Paris, don’t be afraid to open up in front of the camera 💗

I met Kim Jane, a while back when I took her during a street photography session. 
When I sent her the photos, I told her that I wish I could take some of them again. But due the nature of the situations, I didn’t want to impose myself more than I’ve already did. 
We decided to meet again and try to make our Parisian style shoot. 
We exchanged some visual references and my only condition was to avoid major landmarks like the Eiffel Tower. 
I think said it will take about an hour or so, but we ended up spending several hours, we shared our personal stories and as we were building up our mutual confidence and relationship within the boundaries of our temporary photographic universe. 
This was one of the more personal and sensitive shots I have ever had the pleasure to participate.
