Damodar Group has officially launched the Ramada Encore by Wyndham, marking the first internationally branded hotel in Labasa. I created the base model in SketchUp before exporting it to Blender for touchups and final rendering. Another 3D project completed and added to my portfolio.

Matte painting is a technique used in the film, television, and video game industries to create highly detailed and realistic backgrounds and environments that would be time consuming for a 3d artist to model.
The example used here are 2 photos of the left wing at Damodar City Suva. The 2 photos are aligned to a vanishing point then painted on a surface and given depth. You learn vanishing points during Technical Drawing (TD) in Form 3. If done correctly you will be able to create a highly 3d detailed and realistic background that interacts with light.

Was asked to help out on a tourism entry gate way for a project here in Fiji. The idea was to have Fijian warriors as columns. While waiting on the architectural details, I decided to do a 3d concept just for fun. The Fijian warriors were sculpted and rigged in Blender.

I would like to thank everyone that allowed me to work on their projects last year. I will keep pushing my limits in the 3D field and show what Fiji is capable to the world.

Completed this 3d model for LHM architects. Their client Jacks of Fiji decided to make a cake out of it.
