Expressions of interest are welcome from registered Bailiffs to provide services on an "as needed" basis. We seek professionals who will effectively serve our customers with legal documents and notices.


Bailiff services are required across the Central, Western, and Northern Divisions, including but not limited to:

Serving Legal Notices and Documents to individuals, businesses, or companies on behalf of the Authority.

Executing Affidavits of Service, which must be signed by the bailiff and witnessed by a Commissioner for Oaths, Justice of the Peace, or a Solicitor/Lawyer.

Filling Occupancy Reports for households and capturing photographs of properties when necessary.


Registered Bailiffs interested in this opportunity must provide the following:

Valid photo identification.
Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN).
Valid 2024 Compliance Certificate from Fiji National Provident Fund (FNPF).
Valid 2024 Tax Compliance Certificate from Fiji Revenue and Customs Services (FRCS).
A valid Bailiff License for the year 2024.
Fee structure and expected service timelines.

At least three written references from reputable clients who have used your bailiff services in the past three years.

Important Update on Six-Monthly Ground Rent Payments

Attention all leaseholders!

The Housing Authority bills ground rent every six months, on January 1st and July 1st each year.

While many of you pay on time, there are still some who miss these payments.

Please be reminded that your ground rent is due by January 31st and July 31st each year. Late payments will incur interest at 6.25% per annum and could result in lease cancellation, meaning you might lose your property rights.

Exciting Journey Ahead for First Home Owners: 31 Families Awarded Residential Lots in Mokosoi, Deuba!

wishes to extend our heartfelt thanks to the 185 applicants who applied for vacant residential lots in Mokosoi, Deuba, Pacific Harbour.

All 185 applicants underwent a rigorous screening, selection, and objection process in line with our Lot Allocation Policy 2023. Out of these, 102 applicants met the criteria of being first-time homeowners, Fiji citizens, having a combined annual household income of $50,000 or below, demonstrating the ability to purchase a lot and build a house, and being above the age of 18 years.

We are delighted to announce the provisional award of a lot to 31 applicants in Mokosoi, Pacific Harbour. These provisional awardees were selected via the Barrel Draw on Friday, 12 July 2024, in the presence of the Fiji Police Force, Ministry of Housing officials, and Housing Authority staff.

Next steps: These awardees will undergo a final due diligence process for allocation of their lots as per the Housing Authority's Lot Allocation Policy 2023.

is pleased to announce the Barrel Draw of 102 qualified applicants for 31 available residential lots, in Mokosoi, Pacific Harbour. The Barrel for the 102 qualified applicants has been designed into three separate Barrels as per the Housing Authority Lot Allocation Policy 2023 as follows:

Barrel 1 - Special Allocation for applicants residing as tenants in Public Rental Board flats promoting the concept of transitional housing (four applicants: 3 lots);

Barrel 2 - Applicants that have household income up to $29,200 (49 applicants: 14 lots); and

Barrel 3 – Applicants that have household income of more than $29,200 and up to $50,000 (49 applicants: 14 lots).

Public Objection on Provisional Qualified Applicants
Housing Authority invites the public to submit objections to any of the ‘provisional’ qualified applicants listed below if they believe, the applicant(s) do not meet the lot allocation criteria. An objection must be based on the listed Lot Allocation Policy 2023 criteria as above and supported by evidence (if available).

The provisional selection of qualified applicants means they will go through the objection process before they enter the final list of qualified applicants eligible for a lot residential lot in Mokosoi, Pacific Harbour. These provisional qualified applicants will go through a ‘barrel draw’ as only 34 residential lots are available in Mokosoi, Pacific Harbour and a greater number of successful provisional qualified applicants.

The MEN delivered an insightful discussion on family dynamics, emphasizing the vital roles of men, women, and children within our community. This dedicated group is committed to enhancing the well-being and development of families across Fiji.

Key topics discussed included mental health, combating domestic violence, promoting gender equality, and encouraging men to take active roles in their families and communities.
