ሰው ስትሆን በህይወትህ ብዙ ነገሮችን ታገኛለህ ፣ታጣለህ ፤ብዙ መንገድ ትሄዳለህ ፣ትመጣለህ ፤ሀዘን እና ደስታ ይፈራረቁብሀል ፤ ብዙ ስቃይና መከራ ፣ብዙ ስኬት እና እረፍት በህይወትክ ከሚያጋጥሙህ ነገሮች መሀከል ናቸው፡፡ በነዚህ ውስጥ በሁሉም ቦታ ፍቅር አለ፡ ሲነጋም ፍቅር አለ ሲመሽም ፍቅር አለ፡፡
ፍቅር ማለት ፍቅረኛ አይደለም፣ፍቅር ሰው አይደለም ፤ፍቅር አንድ ትልቅ ሀይልን የተላበሰ የፈጣሪ ፀጋ ነው፡፡ ቀመር የለውም ፣አቅጣጫ አይቀመጥለትም፡፡ ፍቅር መከላከያም ሆነ መቆጣጠሪያ ወይም ደሞ ሀይል መጨመሪያ የለውም፡፡
እደግመዋለው ፍቅር ማለት ፍቅረኛ ማለት አይደለም፡፡ ፍቅር ትምህርት ነው ፣ፍቅረኛ መምህር፡፡ ትምህርት ከመምህሩ በላይ የሆነ ተሰፍሮ ፣ተቆጥሮ ማያልቅ ከተመገቡት የሁሉንም ጭንቅላት እንደሚሞላው ሁሉ ፍቅርም ከአፍቃሪው በላይ የሆነ ለተመገቡት ሁሉ ህይወትን በሀሴት የሚሞላ ተሰፎሮ ማያልቅ እጅጉን ፍፁም አስደሳች እና ሰላም ያለው የህይወት ምግብ ነው፡፡
ሁላችንም እኩል ፍቅር ተሰጥቶናል ተቀብለን ምናስቀምጥበት ቦታ ይለያያል እንጂ . . .

UNESCO World Heritage Young Professionals Forum 2024 (Fully Funded to Delhi, Republic of India.)

Applications are now open for the 2024 UNESCO World Heritage Young Professionals Forum. As an integral part of the 46th session of the World Heritage Committee and in the framework of the UNESCO World Heritage Education Programme, the Ministry of Culture through the Archaeological Survey of India, will host the World Heritage Young Professionals Forum 2024 under the theme of World Heritage in the 21st Century: Building Capacities and Exploring Opportunities for Youth from 14 to 23 July 2024 in Delhi, Republic of India.

Requirements

Aged between 23 and 32 years

Experienced in one of these fields: World Heritage, conservation, archaeology, architecture, conservation, urban planning & regeneration, restoration, art history, tourism, climate change, and digital technology

Motivated and committed to implementing the outcomes of the Forum in their respective countries

Committed to enhancing community engagement in the management of World Heritage properties

Available for the entire duration of the Forum

Proficient in English, as the Forum will be conducted entirely in English

Benefits

The participants are expected to arrive on 14 July 2024 and depart on 23 July 2024. All related expenses (economy class flights, accommodation, local transportation, and meals) will be covered by the host country for the duration of the Forum. The organizers will also assist in the travel preparations and will provide support to the participants who need a visa.

If any participant wishes to extend his/her stay after 23 July 2024, all related costs will be covered by the participant. In such a case, the host country should be informed in advance, in order to make all the necessary arrangements.

Over 28 unforgettable days, experienced different cultures, courses, discussions and workshops aboard the Nippon Maru, alongside more than 250 participants from diverse backgrounds 🇯🇵🇦🇷🇪🇹🇫🇷🇮🇳🇮🇪🇯🇴🇰🇪🇲🇽🇳🇿🇸🇧🇹🇷🇦🇪🇿🇲.

U.S. Department of State 2025 Professional Fellows Program on Inclusive Civic Engagement for Emerging African Leaders (Fully Funded to the United States)

The Professional Fellows Program on Inclusive Civic Engagement is a professional program funded by the US Department of State for emerging leaders in Africa to exchange and implement best practices for inclusive civic engagement. The program will support approximately 12 mid-career disability rights professionals (Fellows) from Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and Ethiopia to participate in a five-week Fellowship Program in Spring 2024 in the US.

Requirements

Age: Between 25 and 40 as of the first day of the Fellowship Program.

Citizenship: Citizen and resident of Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, or Ethiopia.

Visa Eligibility: You should be eligible to receive a US J-1 visa. (Visit the US Department of State website for information about J-1 visas.)

📍እውነትን ፣ቅንነትን ፣ ገንዘብ ከማድረግ በላይ ኮተትን ብቻ ገንዘብ አድርጎ ህይወቱን በክህደት፣ በውሸት ፣በጥቅመኝነት ፣በአስመሳይነት በብልጣብልጥነት እየኖረ ኑሮ የበራለት የሚመስለው ሰውነት እንዴት ያልታደለ ነው።

📍የህሊና ፣ የቤተሰብ ሰላምና ደስታ በብልጣብልጥነት አይመጣም። ፈጣሪ ባህሪና ተግባራችንን ያያል። ከሰው የወሰድነውን ከሰውየው ብንደብቅ ከአምላክ አንደብቅም። የምናተርፈው ነገር ቢኖር የሆነ ጊዜ ላይ የሚመጣ መጥፎ ስቃይን ነው። ያውም ለልጅ የሚተርፍ የበደል ክፍያን ነው፣የቆምን መስሎን የዘነጋን…. ሰው የዘራውን ያጭዳልና እናስተውል።

💡መልካምነት ከማንም በላይ ላራስ ነው ጥቅምና ፍይዳው፣ ቅን ሀሳብ አሳቢውን ይባርካል። ከአንተ የመነጨና ተንደርድሮ የተተኮሰ ኃይል በእኩል መጠን እና ልክ አጥፊ እንደሆነ ሁሉ ራስህንም ያጠፍል፤ ሀሳብህን አልሚ ከአደረከው ደግሞ ቅድሚያ አንተን እና የእኔ የምትለውን ሁሉ ባርኮ ለሌሎች ይተርፋል።

መጥፎ ነገራችንን ሁሉ በመልካም ይቀየርልን 🙏✍

የትም አገር ብትሄዱ ያልነቃ ሕዝብ መሆን ከባድ ነው። ሕዝብ ለማሰብ ካልተፈራገጠ ከሰል ነው። [የሚሆነው] ከሰል ወጥ ይሰራልጂ ከሚሰራው ወጥ የሚደርሰው(የሚያገኘው) ነገር የለውም!
ለማሰብ ያልተፈራገጠ ሕዝብ ያጨበጭባል ለምን? እንደሚያጨበጭብ አያቅም ይኖራል ለምን? እንደሚኖር አያውቅም ለማሰብ እንፈራገጥ!

ለዉጥ ለሌለው ነገር አልደክምም አትበል። እየበለጥካቸዉ ይጥሉሀል! መነጋገሪያ ሁናቸዉና ቀና ብለህ ሂድ። አስሮ ከሚያስቀር ወግ ልማዳቸዉ ነጠል በል። አሁን የምታያቸው የአለማችን ስኬታማ ሰዎች የሆነ ቀን ጥሩ ነገር አልነበራቸውም። የስኬታቸዉ መነሻ ዉድቀታቸዉ ነዉ።

The Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) was launched by former President of the United States Barack Obama as a signature effort to invest in the next generation of African leaders. The need to invest in grooming strong, results-oriented leaders comes out of the statistics: nearly 1 in 3 Africans are between the ages of 10 and 24, and approximately 60% of Africa’s total population is below the age of 35.

Selected participants will engage in leadership training across three tracks of study: (1) Business and Entrepreneurship, (2) Civic Leadership, and (3) Public Management in a 4-week residential format with a focus on individual and team leadership skills, innovation, creative learning, and communication. The program's emphasis is on interactive and experiential learning which fosters each participant's ability to contribute both individually and in teams.

Requirements

Are 18 to 35 years of age at the time of application submission,

Are citizens and residents of one of the following countries: Burundi, Central African Republic. Republic of the Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda,

Are not U.S. citizens or permanent residents of the U.S.

Are eligible to receive any necessary visa to Kenya, and

Are proficient in reading, writing, listening and speaking English.

💡የተለያየ ድርሻ መያዛችን ሕይወትን የተሟላች ያደርጋታል፡፡ ሰዎች እንደ እኛ ካላሰቡ የተሳሳቱ ፣እንደ እኛ ካልተናገሩ ቋንቋ ያበላሹ ፣እንደ እኛ ካልኖሩ የሞቱ እንደ እኛ ካልሰሩ ሥራ የፈቱ አይደሉም ሌሎች አስፈላጊያችን የሚሆኑት እኛ የማንችለውን ሲያውቁና ሲያደርጉ ነው፡፡

📍ሁሉም ሰው ዶክተር ቢሆን ያለገበሬ ምን ይመገባል?? ዶክተሩ በእውቀቱ ተመክቶ ገበሬውን አንተ አታስፈልገኘም ቢለው ይሞኛል እንጂ ምን ይበላል? የላይኛው ከታችኛው የግድ የሚፈላለግበትን ጥምረት ተፈጥሮ ሰጥታናለች ፣ እኛም የድርሻችንን ተሰጦ ተቀብለናል፣ ስለዚህ አንዱ አንዱን አታስፈልገኘም ሊለውና ሕይወትን ብቻውን ሊመራ አይቻለውም፡፡ ትልቁ የኑሮ የኑሮ ሚስጢር " እኔ ለአንተ ፣ አንተ ለእኔ" የሚል ነው፡፡

🔷የጥቁሮች መብት ታጋይ የነበረው ማርቲን ሉተር ኪንግ፡- አላባማ እያለሁ ጫማዩን የሚጠርግልኝ አንድ ሊስትሮ ነበር፡፡ይህን ሊስትሮ ስመለከት ወደ አእምሮዬ የሚመጣ ነገር ቢኖር የቱንም ያህል ጫማዬን ብጠርገው እንደእርሱ አድርጌ ላሳምረው አለመቻሌ ነው፡፡ ስለዚህም ይህ ልጅ በጫማ ማሳመር የዶክትሬት ዲግሪ አለው ብዬ ተቀበልኩ፡፡ ከኔም የተሻለ ስለሆነ አከበርኩት" ብሏል፡፡

💡የትኛውም እውቀታችን አዋቂ የሚያሰኘን ላላወቁት በምናደርገው መንገድ ብቻ ነው፡፡ ምክንያቱም እውነተኛ እውቀት የአገልጋይነት እንጂ የጌትነት መንፈስ የለውምና፡፡ የእኛ እውቀት አስፈላጊ የሚሆነው የማያውቁ ስላሉ ነው፡፡ ሁሉም ቢያውቅ እውቀታቸው አለማወቅ ይሆናል ስለዚህ የማያውቁትን አክብረን ማገልገል ይኖርብናል፡፡

🔷የትኛውም ሀብታችን ባለጠጋ የሚያሰኘን በችግር ለሚያቃስቱት ባፈሰስነው ልክ ነው፡፡ ራሱን የቻለ ባለጠጋ አይባልም፡፡ለሌሎች የተረፈ ግን ባለጠጋ ይባላል፡፡ስኬታችን የሚለካው ራሳችንን በረዳንበት መጠን ሳይሆን በሌሎች በተረፍንበት መጠን ነው፡፡

♦️ዛሬ ኑሮአችንንና ሕይወታችንን እንዲገዛው የፈቀድንለት ነገር ቢኖር ንቀት ነው፣ ሌሎች እንዲያከብሩን እንፈልጋለን ፣ እኛ ግን ሌሎችን መናቅ እንሻለን፡፡ ሌሎችን መናቅ በአዋጅ የተፈቀደልን ሥልጣን ይመስለናል፡፡ ሌሎችን በንቀት ዝቅ ካላደረግን የተስተካከልናቸው አይመስለንም፡፡

💡ስለዚህ የበላይነት ስሜታችን የበታችነት መንፈስ የወለደብን ነው፡፡ የምንኖረው ለመስጠት ብቻ ሳይሆን ለመቀበልም ነውና ሌሎችን...ማክበር ደግሞም ፈጣሪ የምንሰጠውን አስታቅፎ ወደ ዓለም ልኮናልና አደራችንን ማድረስ ይገባናል፡፡

በቤታችን ፣ በሥራ ቦታችን ፣ በአገልግሎታችን እየሰራን ያለን እኛ ብቻ መስሎ ከተሰማን ሌሎች የሠሩት አይታየንም፡፡ ሌሎችን መውደድ ያቅተናል፡፡ ሥራችንም ከጥቅሙ ኩራቱ እየገነነ ይመጣል፡፡ በሌሎች ላይም እምነት እያጣንም የርክክብን ሥርዓት እናፈርሳለን፡፡ ራሳችን አልሚ ሌሎችን አጥፊ ሆነው እየታዩን ነቃፊ ብቻ እንሆናለን፡፡

🔷የዓለማችን ትልቁ የኢኮኖሚ አቅም ፣የሰላም መሰረት ግብረ ገብነት ወይም የሞራል ሕግ ነው፡፡ የሥነምግባር መሰረቱ ሃይማኖት ነውና ሃይማኖትን መጥላት ተገቢ አይደለም፡፡ብዙ ባለ ራዕዯች ነን የሚሉ ሃይማኖትን በቀና መንፈስ አያዩትም፡፡ሃይማኖት ግን የልምድ ሳይሆን የተፈጥሮ መሻት ነው፡፡ መስራት ፣ መማር ፣ መልፋት ፣ መትጋት ብቻውን በቂ አይደለም ሃይማኖት ያስፈልጋል፡፡

♦️ዓለም ድፍርስ ውሃ ናት፡፡ ስለዚህ የጠራ ማንነትን አታሳይህም፡፡ እንደውም እውነትን የምትሸፍን የሽንገላ አዙሪት ውስጥ በመሆኗ ምንም ያልበራለትን የብርሃናት አለቃ፣ አጥፊውን አልሚ ፣ ሰነፉን የትጉሃን አለቃ እያለች ትሾማለች፡፡ የኑሮአችን ባህልም ግለኝነት ባጠቃው "አኔ ለእኔ " በቻ በሚል ራስ ወዳድነት መንፈስ የተከበበ ነው፡፡ ሰዎች መንፈሳዊ መፅሐፍትን የሚጠሉት እውነት ስላልሆነ ሳይሆን ኃጢአጣቸውን ስለሚነግራቸው ነው፡፡ ዛሬ ድረስ የሰው ልጆች ይህን ሀቅ አልተረዱትም አሁንም ሌላውን እንጂ ራሳቸውን ዞር ብለው ማየት አልቻሉም፡፡

🔷ስለዚህ የኛ ድርሻ ቆም ብሎ ማሰብ ነው። ቆም ብሎ ማሰብ ይጠቅማል፣ ቀጥሎ መመልከት ከዚያም መጠየቅ በመጨረሻም መጓዝ ነው፡፡ ካልቆምን መመልከት ፣ ካልተመለከትን ማስተዋል ፣ ካላስተዋልን መጠየቅ ፣ ካልጠየቅንም መጓዝ አንችልም፡፡ መቆም ለቀጣዩ ጊዜ ያዘጋጃል ፣ ለቀጣዩ ጉዞም ኃይል ይሰጣል ፡፡

♦️በክፉ ጎዳና የሚጓዝ መቆም ያስፈልገዋል ፡፡ የመጣበትንና የሚሔድበትን የሚያየው በመቆም ብቻ ነው፡፡ በመቆም በፀጥታ ውስጥ ሆኖ ራስን መገምገም ፣ ከዚያም መመልከት ቀጥሎም መጠየቅ በመጨረሻም ዕረፍት ወዳለበት የራስ ደሴት መጓዝ፡፡
