Giving Back to the Community

Oasis FM recently ran an exciting competition to give away a years free car insurance, sponsored by TenerifeInsurance Chris Ross. The lucky winner, however, decided not to keep the prize for herself.

Thanks to the generosity of Tenerife Insurance Services, we reached out to local charities to find someone who could truly benefit from this amazing prize. We are thrilled to share that Happy to Help was chosen, and just recently, Stephanie Tudge received the voucher for the years free car insurance 🚗💨

The prize has now been passed on to a lovely family in Guaza, making a real difference in their lives. 🙌

The Canarian Weekly has been working with the UK press today to ensure they receive the correct information regarding Jay Slater, the 19-year-old British holidaymaker who has been missing in Tenerife since Monday morning.
The editor, Chris Elkington, has featured across the BBC radio network, including on Radio 2 news, the BBC website, The Independent online, and live on GB News.
Let's hope the efforts from all concerned find Jay safe and well. 🙏

TributoFest had Ultimate Elton and the Rocket Band plus Jay Francis as George Michael at the auditorium in Los Cristianos last Saturday night.
