Gibraltar was hit by a power cut this morning due to an issue with the LNG terminal.

From Gibraltar Electricity Authority:

At approximately 08:59 this morning, eight districts were affected by a power outage.
The cause of the outage was the result of an interruption to our gas supply from the LNG terminal end.
The restoration of power was commenced immediately, with all eight districts affected being
reconnected by 09:27.
