After Shave's Skin Deep is available in all streaming platforms: Spotify, Meta, Youtube, Apple Music... including some unreleased tracks, some alternate versions and their great single War Maker/One Of The Best released in 1973, being all tracks recorded at Soundcraft Studios in 1972.
Vinyl reissue will be ready soon and will include side B of this single, One Of The Best, and their unreleased track, Greenage Man.
This classic 70's LP is a balanced mix between their heavy rock vein and their acoustic side, making what is one of the best swiss 70's rock records, now remastered to get the best possible quality.
Everything is easier when you work with somebody like Pierre-Alain Kessi, leader of the band, who has been really helpful in the making of this project.

We will be reissuing the AFTER SHAVE Skin Deep LP from 1972. This couldn´t be possible without the help of guitarrist, vocalist and leader of the band, Pierre-Alain Kessy. This LP includes great heavy tracks like Ride, Ride, Ride, Sweet Home, Skin Deep, Near The Sun or the great Sunflower. It will include one extra unreleased track on vinyl, and their famous One Of The Best, from their 1973 single. All tracks restored and remastered. It will also include a booklet with some new pictures of the band with their famous 3 piece lineup in 1972. We are very stocked to work on this one.

We could find the guys of the band Crank. There was no information at all about this band on the internet, whose only known recordings were 4 tracks on a split released by Rockadelic on 1997, titled "A night in the cave", with the band Thump Theather on the other side. These recordings were made at Cavern Studios in Kansas City in 1971.
The band was from Wichita, and was formed by Hoppy Niles on guitar and voice, Rick Hodge on bass, Marc Mourning on drums and Ritchie Kuckle on guitar. Hoppy and Rick played before on Marble Phrogg. Marc and Ritchie played in The moanin' Glories. Hoppy plays with a hook on his right hand. In 1973 they opened for Frank Zappa at the Oklahoma City Civic Center Music Hall.
Sadly, we won't release anything from them.
