He hails from the West of Ireland and is known for heading the world renowned band the Latchico's. He is an Actor, performance artist, storyteller, comedian extraordinare who moonlights as a TV presenter. He has travelled the world on 80 quid and is here to tell us about his life as a troubadour free from drink and drugs for the last 14 years.

EP022 with Gavan Hennigan is out now! Gavan is a Galway Native. From the age of 16 he abused alcohol and drugs and found himself in rehab at 21. After getting clean and sober he fell in love with surfing and diving and the great outdoors in general. He then became a saturation diver, which brought him all over the world for 10 years repairing oil rigs. Several years ago he started taking part in extreme endurance events and is probably best known for his record breaking 3000 mile solo row across the Atlantic in 2017.
