This morning ERT has announced the participants and songs of the Greek 🇬🇷 national final for Eurovision Song Contest 2025

Among the participants Constatinos Christoforou (🇨🇾1996, 2002 and 2005) and Evangelia.

The Greek national final will be held on 30th January at Christmas Theatre (Galatsi). The public voting (50%), a Greek jury (25%) and an international jury (25%) will choose the winner.

HRT has released today the participating songs in DORA 2025, the Croatian 🇭🇷 selection for Eurovision Song Contest 2025.

DORA 2025 will be held in Opatija the days 27th and 28th February (semi-finals) and 2nd March (Grand Final).

This evening Yle has announced the participants and titles of songs of UMK 2025, the Finnish 🇫🇮 selection for Eurovision Song Contest 2025.

Among the participants Erika Vikman, runner-up in UMK 2020 with "Cicciolina".

Dates when the participating songs will be released:

Coinciding with the draw for the allocation in the MESC 2025 semi-finals, PBS has revealed the new visual image of the Maltese 🇲🇹 selection for Eurovision with a new slogan: "Together4 Music".

PBS has shown also the design of the stage for the shows, that will take place at the Malta Fairs & Conventions Centre in Ta ‘Qali.

After the draw the allocation in semi-finals of the Malta Eurovision Song Contest 2025, with the act that it opens and closes each semi-final, has been revealed.

The remaining running order of each semi-final of the Maltese selection for Eurovision 2025 will be revealed later.

The Danish national broadcaster, DR, has announced the hosts of Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2025: Stéphanie Surrugue and Sara Bro.

Stéphanie Surrugue is a Danish journalist and writer, host of several shows and correspondent for DR. Sara Bro is a Danish presenter with an important career on TV and radio.

For a second year in a row they will lead the Danish 🇩🇰 selection for Eurovision Song Contest 2025, that will be held at Jyske Bank Boxen in Horsens on 1st March.

Natalie Balmix has been disqualified from DORA 2025. After an independent revision the final version of her song, “ŽIvot Ide Dalje”, differed more than a 50% in the arrangements and the lyrics from the initially submitted song to the Croatian 🇭🇷 selection for Eurovision Song Contest 2025.

She will be replaced now by the second reserve, Fenksta with “Ekstra”.

RTVSlo has announced that Raiven and Štras will host EMA 2025, the Slovenian 🇸🇮selection for Eurovision Song contest 2025.

Raiven will represent the country in Eurovision last year and hosted the selection in 2018, while that Štras is the lead singer of MRFY band and takes the role by the first time.

Yle has revealed the stage for UMK 2025, the Finnish 🇫🇮 selection for Eurovision Song contest 2025.

The stage,that will be built at the Nokia Arena in Tampere, has been created by by Ari Levelä and Pekka Martti.

UMK 2025 will be held on 8th February with seven participants that will be revealed tomorrow from 19:45 CET on YLE TV 1 and Yle Areena.

Danish media confirms the participation of Tim Schou in the selection for Eurovision Song Contest 2025, Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2025.

As the vocalist of A Friend In London, Tim Schou won the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2011. After that the band represented Denmark 🇩🇰 in Eurovision Song contest 2011.

This announcement follows the clue advanced by the DMGP producer, Erik Struve Hansen, saying that a former winner would be in the contest.

RÚV, the national broadcaster, has revealed the first details of Söngvakeppnin 2025, with important changes in the Icelandic 🇮🇸 selection for Eurovision Song contest 2025:

🔹️Two semi-finals, on 8th and 15th February, and a Grand Final on 22nd February

🔹️The shows will be held at RVK Studios in Gufunes (Northeastern Reykjavík) with Benedikt Valsson, Guðrún Dís Emilsdóttir and Fannar Sveinsson as the hosts

🔹️ Tickets for the shows will go on sale on 21st January

🔹️Five songs in each semi-final, with three songs advancing to the final

🔹️The wildcard finalist will be not chosen

🔹️The participating songs will be revealed on 17th January

🔹️There will not be a superfinal round in the Grand Final. The Icelandic representative will be chosen by the public (50%) and, for the first time, by a international jury of seven members (50%)

🔹️Thomas Benstem and Selma Björnsdóttir (🇮🇸1999, 2005) will be the artistic directors of Söngvakeppnin 2025

LRT has announced the hosts of the Lithuanian 🇱🇹 selection for Eurovision Song contest 2025, Eurovizija.lt.

Gabrielė Martirosian and Nombeko Augustė, that repeat in that role for a fifth and a third time respectly, join to Rimvydas Černiauskas that debuts on it.

Rimvydas is a radio presenter for LRT Opus, known by "Muzikos ŽInios" and "Opus Pokalbis" shows.

All three will appear on stage and will interview the jury members and the artists at the backstage.

Buč Kesidi has been disqualified from Pesma Za Evroviziju 2025.

The reason was that its song,Tužne ljubavi”, was performed prior 1st September at the Sea Star Festival in Umag in May 2024, violating the rules of the Serbian 🇷🇸 selection for Eurovision Song contest 2025.

Now Buč Kesidi will be replaced in Pesma Za Evroviziju 2025 by Maršali with “Po policama sećanja”.
