Goodbye 2024, I’m celebrating this! Without a doubt, it’s been the hardest year of my life. I had to let go of so many things, face countless fears, and open drawers from my past, looking inside to understand many things. I realized that not many people stand by my side, but I’m happy and thankful for those who do—they are the light that brightens my path. I haven’t cooked much, but whatever I did was undoubtedly filled with love. Now, I’m curious to see what 2025 will bring. My greatest hope is for a fairer world and for humanity to evolve toward light and love. 2025, surprise us!

I’m really sad from what happened in Valencia on this days, everyday are finding more death people, trapped in cars, old ones caught off guard by the flood inside their homes, in their “SAFE PLACE”. The world is upside down and everyday is getting worst but COME ON! WE CAN DO SOMETHING!!! 💪🏻 just choose, DON’t LET OTHERS CHOOSE FOR YOU!
DO YOUR BEST ALWAYS!!! In whatever you do, in exchange, you will have a better life, a lighter souls, a cleanest world and probably the best of everything! It’s call Karma baby! What you give you receive! 💐🌺🌼💐

Despite all up and down, this experience has been a personal rollercoaster 🎢, i’m happy to leaving and be aware, at least, of improved myself under lots of aspects. Has been nice to finally see, that in an high level kitchen, they could find a perfect circle of ingredients to don’t waste anything ( YES, IS POSSIBLE ✌️) with a great and conscious mind to choose them. I had some of the best vegan desserts 😋, I could help to prepare colourful and inspiring dishes, all 100% vegan! 0 violence behind them, with also a small as possible eco footprint! 😪I hope all of us could have the capability to be a bit more aware about what we choose, we are the one who can make the different in the selling market and being a bit more vegan is the really game-changer for our future and the future of our planet. Pachamama has been so loveful with us, why don’t treat her in the same way?
