Bring sense to my day! Eating the “END OF SUMMER TOSTADA” of . Went to grab some figs, it is that period of the year, when BREVA FIGS are pungently sugary, soft and aromatic. You can find trees all over the island, free food for ants, bees, birds and humans.
I have the best GF BREAD EVER in my cupboard (.ibiza)the best Goat CHEESE from ibiza () Honey from thyme and free time 🤪
I also have my beloved Camera that sometimes I forgot of her 🥲 hope we get soon tougher in new adventures 🤘💓

Avete mai sentito parlare di Vegan Tiramisu???.. Vabbe´ datemi un attimo per spigarvi, non e´niente di blasfemo se mi lasciate spiegare la sua complessita´di sapori e que RRRico che e´! Praticamente, la base sono dei Savoiardi veganizzati (fino a qui niente di strano), la crema stupenda e´fatta da anacardi leggermente fermentati con ginger beer, permettono di dare la giusta consistenza e quel sapore tipico del formaggio. Delicato e cremoso. Il bianco dell´uovo per aggregare il volume...un segreto! eh eehhhhh!

Che dite? Base di nocciole, mousse di cioccolata, truffle con cacao amaro e lamponi. Lo so che la parola vegana fa paura a tutti: Se a qualcosa manca qualcosa, “oh meus deus, non é normale!” Vabbè, non spaventatevi, non gli manca niente nei sapori, mancano solo le cose che non fanno poi così bene al vostro corpo: zucchero bianco, farina, latticini.

Avete mai mangiato il Tempeh????è quel quadratino di lenticchie verdi che c’è sopra il quadratino di polenta. Ormai con questa vita tra uno stato e l’altro non ho più la consapevolezza di quando finisce uno stato e ne inizia un altro, quindi, parlo a tutti nello stesso modo (con la mia personale lingua inventata) penso che tutti sanno tutto quello che so io, penso che tutti i miei amici si conoscano. Ma niente di tutto questo è così. Vivo nel mio mondo fantastico come sempre.
