Just because you don't get money for your work straight away it doesn't mean you are not doing good or not working enough.

It takes time to learn and succeed in anything in life, but every moment you invest into yourself or to your business, sooner or later will pay off for sure.

We get used to get a fix, monthly salary working for others but I don't remember if anyone would ever educated me about how to run a successful business.

I simply love self-development and I am a very curious woman continuously starving for more knowledge.
I want to share with you a short piece of 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 that I experienced personally these days:

I realized the less confident am I, the less information have about something, the more attackable and vulnerable I feel. I have a goal for my health, finances, location, and time freedom and this business opportunity is something very important and potential to me. 🎯
As soon as you are heading to your goals, you want to kind of protect it, right?

Cause you know that you trust in it, you know it works.

And in a bit, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐥. They are the doubters, who try to shake your self-confidence and pull the ground from under your feet. What I am currently exercising is the power of knowledge.

▶️Each time someone starts to attack you, it's a defense mechanism on their part, because they see a mirror in you that they either didn't dare to step on and envy you, or because they're full of 𝐧𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐟 systems, with which you activate a sensitive button in them. Most likely its's familiar to YOU when things starting to become challenging and you feel stressed or overwhelmed about how to overcome on them.

Currently I am passing some of these moments due to changes in my
life and I won't lie to you, they can hit me hard sometimes. 👊

Besides consciously I know, panicking won't solve anything, it happens to me sometimes.

As per personal experiences, here are 3 of my tips that I am practicing to release stress:

1. Take a walk without carrying anything and just stay present by watching the buildings or trees around you! (Pay attention on their details!)🚶‍♀️
2. Do some sports! (Moving your body helps you to reduce the level of stress.)🚴
3. Take a cold shower! (Meanwhile you feel the cold water is touching your skin, you automatically will focus on your breath instead of your challenges.)🚿

Both in our personal and business lives it's essential to create a strong mindset.

The more you are working on yourself, the more energy you dedicate and put into your goals, the closer they will take you to make them happen.

I am also in a continuous transition about my mindset, but I could not imagine not working on myself.

Every process in life requieres :
~time
~patience
~practice again and again
~and discipline!

I wasn't born as a professional dancer. Besides I fell in love with dance at a very early age, it took me several years to master it and I still have a lot to learn and improve. But, you know, it's a process and I enjoy every moment when I can dance.

I feel the same way starting my online business: I do it with baby steps but with consistency and commitment meanwhile I am enjoying my journey.

For being able to :
~dedicate more time and money to my passion
~feel myself happier
~and become one of that amazing talented ballroom dancer girl I've seen on the TV since a little girl

are my dreams and have not given up on them!

Sometimes I also break down a bit not seeing how and when it will happen but deep in my heart I know it is already mine.

I have a couple of strong Why's when I made my decision on learning something new and jump into the unknown by building up my online business.

We all start from the bottom! BUT!!!! By maintaining those 4 factors I mentioned above, we can master them!!

Just as with jobs, passion or anything you are looking for in life, you might give a bunch of tries and falls until you find out what makes you feel fulfilled. So just keep going dear! There are no falls, just lessons we learn! ❤️

Don't let your fears holding you back from your dreams!

I just found this photo that was made in November 2021 in Ibiza.
I dreamt a long time ago to be a dancer, so I was actively asking myself: "How could I be a dancer? Where could I found an opportunity for it?"

Asking the right questions lead me to a new destination, called Ibiza.
I was full of fears, I won't lie to you.
Fear of the unknown.
Fear of the distance.
Fear or my limiting beliefs.

But I went for it and half year later in 2022 I found myself dancing on stages.
I remember I could not even imagine myself living in Ibiza, but looking back to that time , now I can not imagine what would happen if I let my fears controlling me.

Just remind yourself dear, you can do it! You are stronger than the little devil sitting on your shoulder! Whatever you can create in your imagination, you can make it happen!

Living abroad is one of the best thing you can experience and do for your self development once you take that decision.

Starting with the first chapter of my story, let me give you some insights of the challanges I personally faced starting at 2019.

In my upcoming posts I gonna share more of these moments so you can see both the positive and hard parts of living abroad.

As a reflection on my tour guiding Barcelona experiences:

* besides I did not earn any money at the beginning I loved every moment of it and earned so many funny moments 💰
*I also learnt the lesson that I won't sell my talent and precious time anymore working for free to someone else⛔
*I got super confident and familiar with the bike lines and storytelling 😁🚲
*I met great clients from all over the world 🌍
*I realised I need to learn Spanish,ASAP 🇪🇸
*I loved to spend my days outside cycling and discovering Barcelona 🧭
*I passed many lonely moments being far from my country but the same time discovering who I am 🇭🇺

It's better to take a scary and maybe insecure decisions than regretting on not chasing or giving up on your dreams.

The past days I forced myself to get out of my comfort zone. I believe in it, that to be able to feel more confident we need to do more of those things what make us feel uncomfortable.

So did I.😊 Sometimes I felt a lack of confidence to open towards new people and talk to them. My goal was to make a 1 to 1 video call with a new person every day during 7 days.

It went successfully that the end I talked to 8 of them 😁.

Let me share with YOU what I learnt these days:

- I got to know 8 amazing souls
- I got handy tips on how to succeed the best way
- I learnt very interesting personal backgrounds by each of them
-they helped me how to reprogram my mindset
-I felt it easy to connect to them and share our stories
-they made me feel valued
-I realized I already made a lot towards to my goals
- I value myself more for completing each days without excuses
- we cheered up each other's days
- I see where I want to proceed and got great advices how to get there

It was the best way to do something I have not done before.

What should be my next challenge? I am curious about any ideas! 💡😊

Back to those school times I often felt lost about not finding my type of schoolmates or friends. Later in my university years I faced again with this feeling.🤔

I never thought I am an introverted person, just- as a kid - I enjoyed more the creative activities like making nice hand made things. Besides I felt I do valuable things, many times I felt alone (also growing up in the countryside in a pretty closed community made it a bit more difficult).

From the moment I started to work on my self development, I felt even more alone :D I thought: okay, what the hell is going on? I felt further and further myself from the 'real' world, from empty conversations as I started to note what type of people do I want to have close to me. I have been selected lots of people around me, just like selecting the clothes whom not fitting to you anymore.🙆‍♀️

For today I am on the right path as I see more clearly what energy and personality are that I am likely to be connected. I am happy to have this type of online community for me and also I met some amazing people in the last months.

With it I wanted to remind you how important is to surround yourself with same, like minded people as unconsciously in your everydays, also such as in a short as long term it really determines your mindset and actions.

So if you don't feel good vibes around someone, maybe better not to force it and just listen to your inner voice. The moment you get there will means, you are valuing yourself and you are loyal to the person who you are and who you are about to become! 💜

Areas I am working on in my life / Part 4 / :
Accepting help without self-judgment.

It took me a long way to learn this lesson and still today I am fighting with myself sometimes accepting the help of others. I consider myself a person who is trying to figure out and solve everything by myself, so whenever I needed help I felt bad and less capable of figuring out things alone.

Especially since I moved abroad 4 years ago it caused me many difficult moments. I was too hot-headed and maximalist to accept help and saw it as a sign of my weakness.

I felt if someone helped me I always need to help them the same way. However, it's not like this. You never know when and how can you cheer up a day of someone with a small help.
❔Did you ever help an elderly person passing the road?
❔Did you ever pick up a friend with your car?
❔Did you ever accept a late-night call from a sad friend?
❔Did you ever give some money to a homeless person?
❔Did you ever put a smile on someone's face?

Yes, they are all type of helps! We give and accept help in many different forms during our days so naturally, that we are not even conscious about it. So feel grateful when someone is popping up to help you and think about it in a different way: Maybe tomorrow I can be for the help of someone else.

Let me share some of my advice on how can you practice accepting the help of others:
1. Know that there are people out there who really want to help you without expecting anything in return
2. It's okay to accept you are vulnerable sometimes
3. You are not alone! We all pass difficulties in our lives, even the most successful people need help.
4. You can always give! Don't undervalue what you can give (tiny things such as a smile, friendly hug, or nice word are super valuable in today's world)
5. Let others help you.
6. Show honest gratitude to those who are helping you

Areas I am working on in my life / Part 3 /: How to build new habits and routines?🤓

If I look back on the past, let's say, 10 years, I had completely different habits compared to today. At the time, I didn't even know what self-improvement was. I almost only paid attention to my workouts, my job, and my relationship.

Then, about 3-4 years ago, I had a drastic realization: this cannot go on like this. I have to work on myself and introduce habits that will take me forward in my life toward my goals. Because let's make one thing clear: habits are not equal to goals. New habits are like laying down a brick towards building your house every day, step by step, but you are moving towards the goal, right?

Now, when you realize (and please don't worry about the timing, everyone starts to become more aware in their own time) how many automatic habits you have every day, starting with getting up, drinking that morning coffee, brushing your teeth, reading the daily newspaper news, etc...it's already a good sign that you're taking a step in the direction of change.

It was normal for me for about 25-26 years :D what I do every day is normal, I thought. At that time, I had completely different goals, so I didn't even think about changing my habits. The turning point came after the end of my first long relationship, something changed there, I started to see what I wanted more clearly.

Me, who hated reading books 📖at school all my life because they bored me, have read so many books in recent years that I couldn't believe it myself. I found the ones that are exciting and interesting for me and that help me develop. But this is only 1 of the many new habits I have introduced. Getting up earlier, organizing my days better, talking to positive people, and learning to relax have all become new habits.

So now, you are might telling to yourself:” Oh, thanks Timi, it’s easy to you telling it.”

If you have read my post about patience, you will figure out it was not easy for me either 😅 Me, who wants to change everything right away? It’s also a challenge to take these habits step by step.

To help you better, below I would like to share with you a few tips that can help you develop your new habit. Let me know if you found them helpful and how you feel about your process. 🙋

1.Start with baby steps, just one tiny action each day, be patient!
2.Push yourself out of your comfort zone!
3.Calm down the tiny devil in your mind who trying to dissuade you from doing it!
4.Stay conscious of why is that new habit import to you and how will serve your goals!
5.Divide your new habits into small slices!
6.Habit does not equal goals; those are the important pieces of the puzzle to succeed in your goals! Try to see them this way so it helps you to change your perspective!

Areas I am working on in my life / Part 2 /: How to practice patience?🙇‍♀️

In today's fast-paced society, we often want everything at once. The material things, the chosen man/woman. In my case, I tend to be the most impatient with myself and I am still working on it. And here I am thinking about where I am in my self-development.

I often found myself regaining my self-confidence overnight, becoming stronger and more persistent, in the blink of an eye I would be able to let go of past losses and heal from them, solve challenges in different areas of my life, find the right partner, overcome my fears…my list is almost infinite for what I want to improve.

While I was often distracted by why I am not yet where I want to be in these areas, I forgot how far I have come. Because whether or not we accept it, changes happen in such a way that we face the exact opposite of what we want to improve. 🧐

I'll give a simple example: if I want to become more patient, I suddenly find myself on a crowded bus, in a long line at the cash register, facing an angry person. It's as if the universe is saying: Did you want patience? Well, there you go, you can practice it a lot in these situations. Do you want to learn to love and appreciate yourself?

Then there will be that boss who tries to manipulate you, so you choose: to resign and thereby take a step towards appreciating who you are, or stay stuck in the given situation as a victim.

What similar situations have you found yourself in?

Here are some of my tips, if you get impatient:

1. Change perspective: try to understand what triggers you in that situation and why
2. Show gratitude for the lessons you need to learn so you can easier move forward
3. Improve your intuitive skills
4. Practice breathing techniques
5. Take a walk and try to place your focus outside!
6. Enjoy the process!

Areas I am working on in my life / Part 1 /:

I AM ENOUGH , SO YOU DO!

This topic is pretty sensitive for me to share, to be honest, but I feel it's important to talk about and overcome that fear by letting others know your vulnerability.

Since a schoolgirl, I felt I am different, I was not part of the cool girls, I was super skinny, with braces, and one of the smallest in the class so I was not at the top of my confidence.

I knew I have my values, I have my integrity, I focused on my studies and so I found myself many times out of those 'normal groups'.
As per I grew up I realized I am super shy in my relationship, I could not be myself, or find my circle of real friends, I changed jobs each year, so many times I doubted myself: am I good enough? There must be a problem with me.

We all carry traumas, rejections from our past, from education, from relationships, work, and our society as well.

There's a lot to work on. Digging deeper to figure out the WHY behind those situations is not easy, I feel you!

Realizing why you feel: 'I am not enough ' starts with being open to finding it out. Then step by step working hard on yourself you will understand better the connection between your past, the doubts, that in reality are not yours but you are carrying them from others, the rejections that you received, the list is so long how many situations we have been daily unconsciously that created this sensation in you for today.

I think the most important is first of all finding the roots where they are coming from and then being conscious about them. So next time, when that feeling would come to you, you can say: Hey, it's not me, I know I am worthy and an amazing human being. It takes time of course to change the mindset that you owned for maybe decades, however, the more you can catch those moments, the better you will feel over time.

You might receive sentences from others like: 'You never gonna succeed in life'! ' or 'You won't find another man/woman like me!' or another one: 'We are looking for someone with more experience.'

I tried to give you some real-life examples that I often heard.

Know that you are enough and worthy:

*the way you are
*to have a life that you wish for
*to be loved
*to get that job or start your own business

Introducing myself, who is Timi?

Don't wait for the perfect moment. Just do that tiny action.

It's funny that I am sharing this video about me, as my original,well-overtaught plan was to make my intro video at the beach, with a beautiful background, with sounds of nature, you know I wanted to make it perfect.

So today when I woke up I was thinking: why do I always want to do things so perfectly for the very first time? Instead of spending my valuable time overthinking- yes, honestly it is one of those habits I am working a lot to cut off- why don’t I just jump on it?

If won’t be perfect, it is also okay, we are learning new things by doing them, right? For me talking to the public is one of my weak points, so how can I overcome it? Just by doing what makes me feel uncomfortable!

When you learned to drive a car how long were you waiting for the right moment just to start your first class? If you ask me, I waited a loooot. :D

I focused too much on how to manage all parts of the car meantime I was just about to open that theory book on my very first day.

What I want to transfer to you with my introduction video is: to let go of the feelings of overthinking and being too hard on you. It’s better doing that baby step forward, than thinking too much and not doing anything in the end.

( By the way, a funny statement came to my mind. In Spain where I live you can hear many times: ’ mañana, mañana ’ which means tomorrow, tomorrow”…If you are considering doing that one thing tomorrow, let’s just do it today!)

How to turn your fears into your fuel? 🔥

Have you ever been thinking about what makes you scared the most? What if you could be stronger than your negative thoughts?

I am sure as human beings we all have fears of something. I realized it at a pretty early age when I started my first employed jobs and I can't imagine doing them for the rest of my life. It made me so scared to imagine doing something that is not truly aligned with me, where someone is controlling my time, the money that I earn, and my vacations... so I was thinking of a solution. How could I get out of this? What options do I have? What actions do I need to take to get closer to my goals?

My journey of self-development goes back around 5 years ago - that I will share with you in my upcoming posts soon - and from all the things I learned from myself during those years I want to share with YOU one, that I just discovered a few weeks ago:

Before any of my smaller or bigger decisions concerning jobs, relationships, or moving abroad there was one common point: I felt scared like hell :D Fear produced all the symptoms of nervousness, doubting myself, headache, overthinking, lack of action.. the list is endless. 🔍

But guess what? One way or another I always overcame them and in the end, once I did it, day by day I felt a bit more confident and proud of myself and that fear helped me to push forward, to do the next action, to get out of my comfort zone or improve a skill that I needed.

Each of those scary situations taught me something very important: if YOU accept and see fears as your power instead of your enemy, then YOU can get so far in life, that you can not even imagine right now. I am also in the process of managing my fears better, but at least I am way more conscious of them.

So just take a few minutes to think about it. Do you want to live in fear or will you take over control of them? 🤓

Hello, precious soul who just found your way here 🙋‍♀️,

My name is Timi, an adventurous, spiritual soul, a dancer, I would say just a normal girl from a tiny Hungarian city who decided a few years ago to step on an exciting and new journey moving to Spain.

These days a new chapter of my life just started that I call: Timi as an online business entrepreneur.💻

Hmmm .. It gives me goosebumps to write it down, I can’t believe it.. and still, I am super happy that I took this decision. It just arrived at the perfect time in my life.

By starting this online business it gives me the motivation and chance to quit my 9 to 5 job, develop as a person, earn the money that I want, belong to a positive, like-minded community and have a more fulfilled life to do more of the things I love.

The beautiful part in this chapter is that in the meanwhile I can help and inspire YOU- an action taker- to create a better life for yourself by spending more time with your loved ones, traveling more, quitting your 9 to 5, having a better health condition, anything that motivates and matters to you.

We are here for a reason, and I feel- even not seeing it crystal clear yet- that I am definitely on the right way, so if I can make it happen, YOU can do so.

Look at you, you just found me and I assure you're not landed here by accident.
