Consequently, we propose to all opposition political parties, all civic institutions, and all revolutionary sectors the following:
1. To declare to the country that due to the gravity of events there is no possible solution other than the resignation of the dictator and the transference of power to the person who has the confidence and the support of the majority of the nation, expressed through i

ts representative organizations.
3. To declare that the civic-revolutionary front plans to separate the army from politics and to guarantee the apolitical nature of the armed forces. Military men have nothing to fear from the eritrean people.
4. Immediate freedom for all political, civil, and military prisoners.
