We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer or CFO to perform effective risk management and plan the organization’s financial strategy. It is a very important and complex role since an organization can only survive if it actively investigates and safeguards its finances.

Job Responsibilities:
· Assists the CEO in identifying new financial opportunities, the drafting of prospective programmatic budgets, and determining cost effectiveness of prospective service delivery.
· Provides the CEO with an operating budget. Work with the CEO to provide necessary cost analysis support, and compliance with all contractual and programmatic requirements. This includes: interpreting legislative and rules and regulations to ensure compliance with all local and contractual guidelines, ensuring that all government regulations and requirements are disseminated to appropriate personnel, and monitoring compliance.
· Oversees the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including: organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, reports to stake holders, development and monitoring of organizational and contract/grant budgets, while manages to achieve continuous improvement in reporting & analysis. Oversee all purchasing and payroll activity for staff and participants.
· Monitors taxation deliverables & reports to ensure full alignment with the Egyptian tax law & New legislation are followed in a proper manner.
· Oversee the coordination and activities of independent auditors ensuring all audit issues are resolved, and all compliance issues are met, and the preparation of the annual financial statements is in accordance with legislations and other required supplementary schedules and information.
· Oversee the production of monthly reports including reconciliations with related entities and plan requirements, as well as financial statements and cash flow projections for use by Executive management, as well as the Audit/Finance Committee and Board of Directors.
· Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and ensure a disaster recovery plan is in place.
· Oversee the maintenance of the inventory of all fixed assets; including all assets purchased assuring all are in accordance with corporate regulations.

Job Requirements
· Education: Bachelor degree of commerce
· Previous Experience: 15 years of experience, 3 of them in the same position
· Language Skills: Excellent command of English
· Computer Skills: Excellent MS Office experience
· Current Location: Cairo, Egypt
