**Skills
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail.

- Develop and execute high-quality 2D animation for various projects, including character animation, props, and environments.
- Collaborate with the other team members to establish animation styles and guidelines.
- Work closely with directors and storyboards to understand and visualize the desired animation style.
- Ensure animation consistency and quality throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as design, sound, and editing, to create a cohesive final product.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest animation trends and technologies
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos that tell compelling stories and engage our target audience
- Transform scripts or narratives into engaging visual content using smart, story-driven editing techniques.
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and creative teams to understand project scope and vision.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, editing software, and best practices to continuously improve video production quality.
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain a calm, positive attitude.
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of video assets and libraries.
- Organize footage received from our production team, other videographers, and other outside sources
- Strong working knowledge and demonstrated experience with Adobe Premiere and/or After Effects
- Deep knowledge and experience both creatively and technically managing various formats and deliverables
