Hanger steak also known as the butchers secret steak is full of great flavor wich is why i dont use a full load of rubs but only a few selected spices. A really hot grill and just a 'kiss' on each side and you have a great steak. Though please do notice about the tissue in the meat when trimming it. Btw what is the silver tissues real name? Google could not help me here :)

Rhubarb lemonade is so refreshing in the summer heat and so easy to make with only a little effort. For each kg of rhubarb use 1 liter of water 375 gram cane sugar lemon juice to taste Let simmer for 20 minuttes, sift and add sugar. Use preservation if you like. Mix with water to drink to taste. I use half'n'half. Cold buttermilk soup A very popular and refreshing summer soup in Denmark. 1 liter of butter milk 2 eggs (use pastorized if risk of salmonella) 1 tsp vanilla powder 3 tbsp sugar zest from one lemon frozen & fresh strawberries Whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla airy and add zest, frozen strawberries and one liter of buttermilk.
