When an citizen is the eye witness of a newsworthy event he/she uploads a description and content from that event through the I-Witness App. this is then distributed to news media across the globe each compensating the photographer for the picture if they use it in their coverage. whenever we sell any material to the media we give 80% to the original uploader of the material
