The super charming minialbum "Loopy & Esther" from Ida Wenøe and Samantha Whates is out Today. Like many of the best things in life, the album was inspired by a canoe trip in Denmark. Named after their matching yellow pet birds the pair had as children, Loopy & Esther is a collection of songs and vignettes inspired by cycling seasons, circles of life and symbols of magic, using sounds from their field trip and songs written together at Ida’s home in Copenhagen.

On November 15th we´re releasing a wonderful new minialbum by Ida Wenøe & Samantha Whates called Loopy & Esther. They´ve written and recorded the songs in just a couple of months this summer after a canoe trip together in Denmark in August.

They´re on UK Tour right now and Tomorrow night 29.10 they´ll celebrate the upcoming album with a release show at Paper Dress Vintage in London, where the album can be bought on CD. UK artist Jessie Reid will play a support set too.
