Located on the second floor of the same building as GAGGAN restaurant in Bangkok, Ms. Maria and Mr. Singh is another Gaggan Anand project. The restaurant is led by chefs Hernan Crispin Villalva and Roshan Kumar.

The concept of revolves around a fictional romance between a Mexican girl named Maria and an Indian guy named Singh. This love story is depicted in an illustrated book that accompanies the menu.

Everything at Ms. Maria and Mr. Singh is infused with the atmosphere of mutual and passionate love. The cuisine here is a fusion of Mexican and Indian flavors, representing the unification of two cultures and traditions.

The ambiance and interior design of the restaurant perfectly reflect the concept, creating an incredibly colorful and vibrant atmosphere with many unusual details that catch the eye.

BKK Social Club, a renowned bar located at the Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok on the Chao Phraya River, boasts impressive regalia, including No. 13 in the world and No. 1 in Asia on the World’s 50 Best Bars 2024 list.

The establishment is known for its innovative cocktails, impeccable service and stunning classic-style interior design. High ceilings, leather sofas, marble floors and brass details attract the most respectable audience.

Philip Bischoff, the bar’s general beverage manager, who greeted us, presented a new menu inspired by the cultural codes of Argentina and Mexico. “Our new signature cocktail selection is a tribute to the places, people and parties that fill Mexico City, emphasizing the love of life and great drinks that unite Mexico and Thailand,” — told us Philip.

“Mahaniyom” is a Thai word meaning great desire or great popularity. It’s also quite a new cocktail bar in Si Phraya, bringing together some of the biggest names in Bangkok’s mixology and gastronomy, winner of renowned awards: Asia’s 50 best bars 2023 — Best New opening bar 2023 and #22 in the list of Asia’s 50 best bars 2023.
cocktailbar co-founders Ronnaporn “Neung” Kanivichaporn (Global winner of Bacardi Legacy 2019 and two-time Diageo World Class Thailand Bartender of the Year) and Chennarong “Jan” Bhumichitr (founder of Majestic Bar Management and Consulting and Majestic Bar Academy) are top-notch professionals with unique gastronomic experience and knowledge.

Located in a classic wooden Thai house, Mahaniyom welcomed us with a neon two-headed tiger logotype, a reminder of the famous Old Town, and a Thai-Rocco-Disco atmosphere.

Chef Ton Thitid Tassanakajon , who runs some of the most interesting restaurant projects in Bangkok, is the only Thai chef to have two restaurants in this prestigious ranking —
LeDu (1 Michelin star) is ranked #12 on the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2024 list, Nusara is #6 on the same list.

Taking a look back, Chef Ton grew up surrounded by delicious home-cooked meals prepared by his mother and grandmother, which largely determined the boy’s love for cooking.

“I always dreamed to elevate Thai cuisine and make it one of the world’s leading ones,” says Chef Ton, “My brother Tam and I created an unique concepts, that combine the best of traditional Thai cuisine with the industry’s cutting edge technology.”

LeDu (the name comes from the Thai word “season”) is Chef Ton’s creative reimagination of Thai cuisine. Actively studying the local market and finding the best ingredients in the country, LeDu is convinced that Thai products are among the best in the world.

On February 28, 2024, world-renowned French luxury brand Louis Vuitton unveiled a new concept LV The Place Bangkok at Gaysorn Amarin, consisting of a Visionary Journeys exhibition celebrating the heritage of the fashion house, café, store and a restaurant by Gaggan Anand.

“GAGGAN at Louis Vuitton” is the House’s first restaurant in South Asia, blending Thai cuisine with signature style. The interior combines elements of botanical design and classic French style.

The newly opened SMOKED ROOM Dubai by renowned Andalusian chef Dani García is a place you don’t want to miss when in Dubai. Here you indulge in the unique ‘Fire Omakase’ menu and taste the pure flavor of the coals — the most important seasoning in the preparation of every dish.

This intimate and dark room with a large semi-circular table seats 14 guests and opens onto a kitchen with an open fire and grill. Just like the Madrid restaurant, the Fire Omakase menu is presented here, which makes you forget everything that happens outside the restaurant.

Head Chef of .dubai is a rising star Jesús Lobato, who has quickly gained popularity in the culinary scene. Together with Dani Garcia, they push culinary boundaries, blending innovation with tradition.
