Lift is a proven client churn prediction platform for confident companies that are willing to listen, learn and act on client and team feedback. At Lift, we have vast amount of data to back up the validity of our predictive algorithm and a unique methodology supporting the algorithm. Back in 2014, the two co-founders Dan Hestbaek and Claus Gilbert Clausen, both seasoned business leaders and entrepreneurs at its core, realized that the landscape of tracking and predicting client churn in B2B service industries was almost non-existent and at its best a slow-moving industry based on expensive consultants. Eager to enable more companies around the world in reducing their client churn faster, cheaper and more accurately, the co-founders set out on a journey to build the best-in-class scale-able platform. So, they partnered with talented developers to create Lift as a technology. Grounded in the philosophy, that clients, and the possibility to retain clients, is the lifeblood of any business, the result is Lift, a tool now used in over 90 countries.
