Cameroonian fashion designer Azabu has unveiled his new collection dubbed "NGRAFICANA"

AZABU had a scary dream; the children of Africa regarded the Toghu, the Kente, the Shuka,the Kitenge, the BouBou and other African garments as inferior. Driven by the fear of this coming to past AZABU came up with NGRAFICANA.
A collection which portrays ancient African artifacts and patterns in the most modern and classy ways.
These garments are a must have as they carry echoes of African generations long gone.

When I started everyone was like this is the Cameroonian Jim Iyke. So I fell into the trap of trying to talk like him, walk like him and dress like him. But when I realized there's something much more deeper in acting; interpreting characters. I decided; why don't I just assume my own personality and bring in my own breath into characters, in the way I interpret them...

While we were filming "Royal Destination", Emeka Ike said you look like somebody I know. Are you Nigerian? I said I'm not. He said do you know Iyke . I said yes. That validation from Emeka Ike formatted me. I played along with the Jim Iyke thing and it worked.

I never knew it will cause attraction not just to my acting but to my person . So when a movie came up, they wanted a bad guy vibe. They'll say let's call him in. I started getting more jobs and they could equate me to Jim Iyke.

I auditioned for "Blood and Wine", in which Jim Iyke was the director and co-producer. When we started filming, he kept pushing me and adding lines. He told me when he came into Nollywood, there was Ramsey Noah who was the lover boy and other actors who had different personalities. He had to be the bad boy.
..Jim Iyke is a very intelligent human being. He told me I shouldn't be a Jim Iyke mimicker.
After that conversation, I decided to do more. I started adapting and he was impressed. He said you could be you. From there, I decided to consciously get away from the Jim Iyke character".

MANKA'A SPICE GARNERS 16000 FOLLOWERS WITHIN LESS THAN 24 HOURS 😲😲

Blogger Fuchor attempted to throw a peace bait between Achu Normad and Pa Ngwa, which has apparently failed. Achu Normad handed the pages to him for conveyance to Pa Ngwa.

Pa Ngwa appreciates the intervention but stated categorically that he is no longer interested in the pages.

He said, the new page, created yesterday August 13th, is doing just fine.

He opts for the pages to be deleted or the names changed to something else unrelated to Manka'a Spice.

Since it was a verbal agreement, not evidenced by a written contract, Pa Ngwa's decision should be respected.

Mankaa Spice official has garnered 16,000 followers in less than 24 hours.

WHAT HAS ACHU NORMAD TOLD NEXDIM?

Achu Normad has reiterated that his intentions were pure. He has layered evidence to underpin the fact that he provided some concepts for Pa Ngwa and Manka'as skits . He had plans to sponsor her throughout their contractual term.

NORMAD has decided to change the page name to Abakwa Spice; to serve as a blog for content creators.

What we crave for, is an amicable and peaceful settlement between them. It was all rosy at the beginning.

RINYU HAS BEEN WIDELY REPROACHED FOR HER "DISRESPECTFUL" OUTING

A deluge of comments condemning Rinyu's statement "Big man shidon quiet" probably addressing Achu Normad keep spreading across social media.

Comic content creator Mr Ndze opines that it is "outright disrespect" . No matter the circumstances, she still owes Normad some level of respect.

WHY ARE THEY CRITICIZING RINYU?

Achu Normad signed Rinyu under Akumba Music in 2019, when she was a music instructor at Mother of Hope Cameroon (MOHCAM).

She released her debut singles "Where you dey" and "Marry me" in 2019.

In 2021, she dropped an album "Black Girl Ma'gic", which contained "Controller".

Achu Normad later strategized for Rinyu to pe*****te the French-speaking market by soliciting Locko to collaborate with Locko.
This was a major breakthrough for Rinyu . The remix is currently her most successful song with 11 million views.

Under Akumba Music she has bagged several awards and clinched an AFRIMMA nomination for Best Female Artist in Central Africa.
She has earned 3 BOOMPLAY plaques under Akumba.
She has clinched Brand Ambassadorial deals for UBA, MTN Yamo and recently Razzl.

Rinyu and Achu Normad severed ties bitterly in March 2024.

With the money invested and musical guardianship she has received, a myriad of netizens have criticized her for disrespecting her former boss who took her from grass to grace.

WHY DID RINYU INTERVENE TO BACK MANKA'A ?

Rinyu is in a similar situation. She no longer has control over her first page created by Achu Normad.

Amidst the criticism, Rinyu reacted:

This is another statement people think is below the belt and echoes unprofessionalism.

SEBHealth 5th Maternity Outreach Event took place in Babungo, Ngoketungia Division, North West Region

The reputable nonprofit organization distributed emergency maternity items to nursing and expectant mothers in Babungo village.

Amidst the commotion between Pa Ngwa and Achu Normad, Rinyu has been throwing oblique shots at her former boss, while siding with Manka'a.

On the heels of Pa Ngwa's allegations against Normad, she shared Manka'a's photo with the caption "I know baby. Say no more" .

She later, posted ; Big Man. Shidon quiet" , after Normad's rebuttal.

Although Rinyu didn't mention any names. ACHU NORMAD has discerned that he's the target.

ACHU NORMAD RESPONDS TO PANGWA'S ALLEGATIONS 😲😲😲

Pangwa comedy alleged that Achu Normad has taken complete control of Manka'a Spice's page, changed the name of the page and used it as a medium to promote his artists.

"In December 2023, I reached out to Pa Ngwa and was interested in working with Manka’a, that’s when I was just launching the creative Simba project. I first expressed my concern why he had not created pages to have an official online presence for the child talent, which he said he’s been busy.

I then offered to manage Manka’a and to create pages for her. On a phone call, me and Pa Ngwa discussed management terms and came to a conclusion with a percentage split on everything. We agreed verbally on terms and he gave me the go ahead to create pages for her which I did and made him admin

I then told him that I will draft the contract but in the meantime, let’s start working so that the energy will not drop since I’ll need a month to draft it. I sent him the ideas how to create Manka’a content. I told him to create content saying that Manka’a went out on Christmas celebration and came back on the 28th.

He did it very well and sent the content which I posted and jt blew up the newly created pages. I sent other content ideas, centered around Manka’a eating Njangi money and go out and coming back days after New year. He created the content very well and sent, I posted on those pages. From her meteoric rise, you can clearly see that a professional was managing things

I then asked him to post Manka’as content on the pages but he never did, he preferred posting on his own pages. Infact for 7 months, he never posted a single thing on those pages even though he was admin. I took it upon myself, went to his page, and took content from there and shared on Manka’as pages. I did this regularly for these 7 months, growing these pages.

As time went on, the other saga about me online started and it greatly discouraged Pa Ngwa, he started seeing me differently, he called me and told me he’s changed his mind and no longer wanted to work with me. I was broken but still sent the contract for Manka’a which he declined.

A few days ago, that was the birthday of Manka’a. He did a photoshoot and the first thing he did was post then pics on his page, I asked him to send the content to me for posting and he did. Remember that he was still admin on Manka’as page at the time. He sent the pics and behind the scene videos of the photoshoot. I took the pics and posted and added his Momo number so that people can gift Manka’a directly..

The problem came when In some of the videos of the behind the scenes of the photoshoot, I added my artist song to it, this is my only benefit for growing Manka’as pages. He got angry about me adding my song to it. I then went ahead and sent him payment - 50k for adding my songs to that video which he refunded.

He then demanded for full ownership of the pages, I told him I will only give him full ownership if he agrees to keep me on the pages as a supervisor to make sure Manka’a is posted. This has been my problem all through, he prefers to only post Manka’as content on his own page and grow himself while the little girl is not growing. I even complained that slim Mama the other lady he worked with didn’t have an online presence. His interest seemed to be making them ghost content creators while everything was on his page only.

Pa Ngwa refused to keep me on the pages as supervisor and instead opted that I should delete the pages or change the names to something else. I told him I can’t do that to the child and I opted to change the names of the pages to fan pages for Manka’a so as to keep supporting her journey.

For Pa Ngwa coming online, he knows my image is at stake and he doesn’t mind smearing it even more. He also knows the hardwork I have put in behind the scenes in growing Manka’a.

He knows it’s thanks to those initial content ideas and creating a presence for Manka’a that she’s growing now. He knows I made the difference. I started working with him since Na Mala when he was not even big, he knows how much of a support I have been to him and Manka’a. Choosing to coming online speaks more about his intentions.

I leave you all to ponder on this but please don’t lose faith in what I’m trying to achieve in the industry. It will come together with time.

MATTERS ARISING BETWEEN PA NGWA & ACHU NORMAD 😯😯😲😲

Comedian Pa Ngwa has called out Achu Normad for taking control of Manka'a Spice's page, changing the name and using it to promote his artists.

Pangwa comedy explains 🗣️

"Dear friends and followers of the 'Pa Ngwa and Manka Spice' comedy duo, I have created a new page for Manka Spice because I no longer have access to the other page.

I didn't want this to get this far, but as of now, I have no choice, when I began this comedy journey and decided to work with my little sister Manka, I wanted to create an avenue for her to flourish.

A few months back, I was approached by Achu Normad who adviced I create social media pages for Manka independently, I couldn't at that time because Facebook had some restrictions on page creation, so he offered to create it, he created a Facebook, Tiktok and Instagram and gave me some few ideas for some skits. He later made me admin. I accepted little did I know one day I was going to go sour.

The content Manka and I, I have made together, grew her a following of over 50,000 people on Facebook, and over 20,000 follows on tiktok. Finally, she was building her own community.

Why was I kicked out of a page I built? Some weeks back, Mr Normad got to me with a management contract for Manka Spice. The terms were not favorable, so I refused. I feel this rejection sparked the issues we have now, I want to acknowledge Mr Normad, and I have had a working relationship that involves mainly promotion around his artists' songs .

Very recently, after i refused the contract for Manka interest at heart, i stopped putting content on her page because i felt at this point we needed to reevaluate the working relationship we had especially knowing he Mr Nomad had created that page, so he went ahead to download videos from my own page 'PA Ngwa' added his artist songs at the background and reposted on Manka page this didn't seat well with me.

I confronted him, and he sent me 50,000, saying it's for promotion, and I noticed he removed me entirely from the page.

I quickly refunded his money and demanded two things
1) He makes me admin and leaves the page
2) He deletes the page

He called me and said he couldn't delete the page but would change the name and delete all content from it
I said okay and realized he changed the name from Manka Spice to Manka Spice Fans ... this broke me. Why the word 'fans'? What's to stop him for using the heard earned follower-ship to promote his label for free ?

To make things worse, he has used Manka Spice pages to block PA Ngwa page, Writing now, I can't find those pages, with this I thank God, I never signed that contract it could have be much worse.

I have learned two valuable things from this experience: sometimes, 'Free' help might come with bad intent in disguise, and secondly, I shouldn't have let myself get caught in this trap.

Moving on, I have this central goal for my sister; she continues going to school and continues expressing her God-given talent. I will manage her until she is old enough to take over.

This is her new page. Please let's follow massively, henceforth, please forget about the other pages on Facebook and tiktok. Let's build this one, and please, Achu Normad, kindly never repost any content we do on those pages anymore. You have sufficient skit makers for content.

PS. This is to note Mr Achu Normad and i have no written agreement, he has never sponsored any videos of mine, I am an independent producer of our skits thank God with the support of my family, friends and followers.

Also, i have no bad blood, I have learned from my mistake of putting my trust in him and letting him create pages for me. I want to move on from this and start building mankaa pages from scratch.

I becon on all Manka Spice followers to help me follow her new page and engage massively.
