I recently took a close look at how my agency, Montanus, creates content.

What I found was surprising:

1. Redundancy - We waste a lot of time on tasks that don’t really help.
2. Version Control - Too many file versions make things frustrating.
3. File Management - Files are all over the place and it's a pain.
4. Communication - Too many platforms make things messy.
5. Consistency - Different templates confuse our clients and audiences.

The answer? Simplify everything. Focus on being efficient and doing good work.

Perfectionism is hurting your content strategy.

As a content creator, I know this struggle well. High-quality content is important, but stressing too much about getting everything perfect can really slow you down.

Here's what I've learned:

1. Posting often is important. Bigger companies usually share less because they get stuck in endless approval loops.
2. Be consistent. One blog post a week is solid, but try to post three to five times a day on social media.
3. Don't stress over little mistakes. A typo every now and then won't ruin your brand.

Instead, focus on putting out engaging content regularly. Your audience values realness over perfection.

Let go of the need to be perfect and move faster. Your content strategy will do better!
