JOHN O’PEAR is a homage to the Swiss manufacturer The Wild Alps, based on the Pear Schnapz Vodka, which, like no other, perfectly blurs the gap between traditional firing and complex vodka distillation. The pear aroma is carried by rum nuances, raspberries give a fruity, round touch and a refreshing kick comes from the South Beans ginger ale. And my entry for the fabulous competition! Happy to present you this nicely flavored Drink:

GINA LEE

- 5 cl London Dry Gin
- 2 cl Elderflower syrup
- 1 cl lime juice
- 1 cl lemon juice
- 4 chunks cucumber
Muddle all ingredients together in a shaker, fill with ice cubes and shake well. Strain into a Highball Glas and top of with Thomas Henry Spicy Ginger.
