✨ The world’s tallest church tower will soon be crowned with glass and light

🏗️ Gartner, part of the Group, has reached a new milestone at Barcelona’s Sagrada Familia: the installation of the first major elements of the 100-tonne walkable glass cross atop the 162.91-metre tower of Jesus Christ – now officially the tallest church tower in the world.

🔩 This extraordinary 17-metre-high structure of glass, steel, and ultra-high-performance concrete will be completed by February 2026, marking the 100th anniversary of Antoni Gaudí’s death. Once finished, visitors will be able to ascend a spiral staircase inside the cross’s arms and enjoy breathtaking views over Barcelona 🌆.

💬 Gartner Managing Director Juergen Wax called the project “technically very challenging” and a once-in-a-century achievement that “will continue to inspire people for generations.”
