För ungefär 2 månader sedan blev staden med ny mix serie på initiativ av Bad Balance med intentionen att highlighta lokala djs i Malmö. Fett initiativ tycker vi!

Sedan dess har 10 avsnitt släppts varav de två senaste blev stämplade med NORM.

Hultgren, Norm snubblar in snyggt med avsnitt 9 och Andreas Biro kingar ut den på det senaste avsnittet, 10 av 10!

Occasionally, you come across a track that effortlessly straddles two realms.
WINOLA emerges for a potent debut solo two track EP, ‘Gentle Choices’, seamlessly transitions from a booming dance floor anthem to a soothing after glow for the early-hour bliss devotions.

Gentle Choices contains two songs; ‘Blue Poppies’ & ‘Gentle Choices’. Similar to the balance of yin and yang, these songs exhibit a contrast.
One leans towards a lively, fast-paced dance vibe, while the other exudes a lingering, out-of-body atmosphere. Yet, the presence of ambient pads and a kick that makes the leg stomp in both tunes, makes them a perfect complement.
An exhilarating composition that evokes the sensation of hurtling through space on a comet.
Crafted with high-altitude effects, expansive synths, and a captivating kick, this recent endeavor is pure euphoria.

WINOLA shares a few words on the process of her tracks...
“During a time of emotional low, I began creating 'Blue Poppies.'
This process not only boosted my confidence but also made things click for me as a producer.
This positive energy continued as I began the production of 'Gentle Choices.'
Initially, me trying to write a melody, then the entire track unfolded unexpectedly.”

DJ and producer, veteran in the techno scene of Malmö, and also in the locally run label and collective Norm . Known for bringing up and giving the younger aspring talents a platform the Norm collective has blossomed in to a small but solid gathering of like minded but still diverse close friends that shares the passion for underground electronic music.
