Heute bin ich mal dazu gekommen, ein paar Bilder mit meiner neuen Überbekleidung zu machen. Die talentierte hat den Auftrag nach einer Vorlage aus Lübeck ca. 1400 für mich umgesetzt. Diese Mäntel findet man aber auch im Theatrum und Tacuinum Sanitatis. Kann es kaum erwarten, ihn diese Saison zu tragen.
Today I got round to taking a few pictures with my new outerwear. The talented realised the order for me based on a pattern from Lübeck around 1400. These cloaks can also be found in the Theatrum and Tacuinum Sanitatis. Can’t wait to wear it this season.

Meine Darstellung einer Wendin im 12. Jahrhundert im Gebiet des heutigen Nordostdeutschland. Besonders charakteristisch sind die großen Schläfenringe. Halskette hat die liebe nach einen Fund aus Potsdam angefertigt. Beim Leinenkleid habe ich mal was neues gewagt, inspirit durch den plissierten Leinenfund aus Parchim. Ich werde es wahrscheinlich auf dem Frühlingsmarkt in Haithabu tragen, auch wenn ich mit der Darstellung etwas zeitlich zu spät bin.

My representation of a Wendin in the 12th century in the area of today’s northeastern Germany. The large temple rings are particularly characteristic. The dear made a necklace after a find from Potsdam. With the linen dress, I once dared something new, inspirit through the pleated linen find from Parchim.I will probably wear it at the spring market in Haithabu, even if I am a little late with the presentation.

🇩🇪Ich weiß nicht wann die Kombination von Wimple mit Schleier und Schläfenzöpfen mein Standardlook für Veranstaltungen geworden ist. Ich mag einfach wie die Kombination mein Gesicht formt.

Habt ihr auch einen Standardlook für Veranstaltungen oder probiert ihr lieber immer mal wieder was neues aus ?

🇬🇧I don't know when the combination of Wimple with veil and temple braids became my standard look for events. I just like how the combination shapes my face.

My favourite hairstyle for Medieval Events. Even if these braids were probably more typical of France than Germany. After all, there is an image source from Hamburg for these braids. The practical thing is that this hairstyle also works with shoulder-length hair, will soon show how I braid it.

Meine Lieblingsfriseur für mittelalterliche Events. Auch wenn diese Zöpfe wohl eher typisch für Frankreich als Deutschland waren. Immerhin gibt es eine Bildquelle aus Hamburg für diese Zöpfe. Das praktische ist, dass diese Friseur auch mit schulterlangen Haaren funktioniert, werde bald mal zeigen, wie ich sie mir flechte.

This photo makes me miss the events in summer. Big Thank you to for letting me wear her Kyivan Rus clothes. Even though I find clothes incredibly beautiful, unfortunately I don't have time to deal with it intensively, as I am currently working on my late 14th century representation for northern Germany.

Dieses Foto lässt mich die Veranstaltungen im Sommer vermissen. Vielen Dank an , dass ich deine Kyivan Rus-Kleidung tragen durfte.
Auch wenn ich Kleidung unglaublich schön finde, habe ich leider keine Zeit, mich damit intensiv zu beschäftigen, da ich gerade an meiner späten 14 Jahrhundert Darstellung für Norddeutschland arbeite.

At the weekend I visited the Bitva Libusin in the Czech Republic. It was my first reenactment this year. I am always amazed at how popular the 14th century is there, especially the first quarter. It was particularly interesting that it almost had a History Larp character. Of course, the Buhurt tournament was also great.

Am Wochenende habe ich das Bitva Libusin in Tschechien besucht. Es war mein erstes Reenactment dieses Jahr. Ich bin immer wieder erstaunt, wie beliebt dort das 14. Jahrhundert ist, besonders das erste Quartal. Besonders interessant war, dass es schon fast einen History Larp Charakter hatte. Das Buhurt Turnier war natürlich auch super.
