There have been many times in my life where I have found myself feeling completely and utterly lost.
Times where I have recognized, it’s time for change. That I have been on autopilot navigating through my life letting choice by choice become a concrete path I have travelled time and time again; often without even thinking or viewing my choices as choice.
Often the well intentioned people in my life will hear my desire for change and offer their advice or perspective on my life. The trouble with following the path that others lay out for us is that it’s missing the very essence of our own soul’s calling!
Sometimes the world is so busy, so noisy, so distracting, that no matter how loud our souls are screaming to us, we cannot truly hear ourselves until we take the opportunity to turn inward with intention. I am someone who has always needed to make decisions after a period of inward reflection. This life is mine and mine alone, and I have to be the one to decide what that looks like for me.
Sometimes my soul pulls me in a direction that doesn’t make sense to the people around me. Sometimes it doesn’t even make sense to me. I am learning that when I begin to take the steps following that inner pull to make a change, the path forward will unfold before my eyes and things will work out even better than I could have imagined!
The key has always been inside of me! 🔑

What is my soul calling me to do?
How can I meet myself more deeply?
Is this where I want to be?
