જો તમે રોજ સવારે દોડીને આવીને એક ગ્લાસ *કારેલા, પાલક અને દૂધીનો જ્યુસ* પીશો તો તમારું વજન તો ઓછું થશે જ પણ...

*જીવવાની ઈચ્છા મરી જશે…*

પણ જો આવતા આવતા *ગીગાભાઈ ના ગાંઠિયા,મીઠો સંભારો અને મરચા, તથા 4 જલેબી* ખાતા આવશો તો
વજન તો ઠીક છે પણ…

*જીવવાની અને કાલે ફરી દોડવા જવાની ઈચ્છા પ્રબળ બની જશે…!!!*

મીણ સા તમે જો ગળ્યાં ને તો ગયાં સમજો.

દિલમાં હો દુખ, તે છતાં, હસતાં રહેજો તમે,
ચોક વચ્ચે જો રડ્યાં ને તો ગયાં સમજો.
