TEAMWORK 🤝

A successful production requires much more than just recording, mixing and mastering skills.
The empathy towards the artist should be on the highest level!
Understanding what the artist wants to achieve, what paths you have to go together and how to reach the goal together at the end of the day - is more important than any other step.
Both engineer and band suffer blood, sweat and tears - and that's what makes a successful production really "successful" afterwards!
