The first 45 DJ festival of its kind in Hamburg.
In 6 locations with more than 30 international DJs, we celebrate the 45rpm/7” vinyl single that we all love so much and use to move and entertain fans of urban dance music.
"From the streets to the dancefloors" literally means that we draw the youngsters (over 18s), boomers and best-agers from the streets into our favorite clubs where we create a rush with the little black gold.
Soul, Funk, Boogie, Hip Hop, Acid Jazz, Latin and Reggae are our prefered styles, which are well curated and separated amongst the participating venues.
This DJ festival is packed with dynamic DJ power, mixing skills, back to back sessions and cross-style sets.
Mainly uptempo grooves, always funky, always delivered with a lot of SOUL and presented true to the Jamaican motto: “Always expect the unexpected!”.
It starts early and goes on late, because our 45 record bags are packed to the brim.
Rare soul pearls, delicious boogie bouncers, hot hip-hop smashers and crazy acid jazz grooves; we play it all!

Wir haben soeben auf 6 Locations erhöht und dadurch könnt Ihr unsere 30 internationalen DJs mit mehr und mit längeren Sets (45min.) genießen. Wir feiern bereits am 12.7. mit einer WarmUp-Party nur für geladene Gäste einen fullminanten Start mit Open Turntable Sessions.

D-One Dirk Thomsen. Not only is he one of Hamburg's most legendary urban DJs, he is in the game for more than 45 years as a pro-DJ.
He started his career in the Starklub just like the Beatles did and celebrated his 18th birthday behind the turntables there.
